To rooten yourTab you need to download Odin , supersu.zip and Recovery file ( CwM or Philztouch or TWRP ) flash it with Odin , Boot to The recovery and flash The lässt supersu.ZIP.
All other you will find at The dev Sektion thread for The Recovery what you want to flash.

I got both my tab 3 rooted, but still i would like to know if this performance "upgrade" will work on kitkat 4.4.2

Samsung Tab 3 10.1. 5210 root help
Hey guys, trying to root my tab.
I have TWRP installed, I have Superusersu installed but when I try to run SU it does nothing?
If I go to settings to enable superuser it freezes and asks if i want to close the app.
I have rooted 3-4 different phones/tabs and never had any issue's like this.
My tab is running 4.4.2
I have tried numerous zips and all do the same thing?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Mediafire gives 160KBs download speed, Mega gives 10MBs

I still cannot ROOT my tab , please help.
I've downloaded all files then install but I have no succession, please help.
I have got a problem with this package. After installing with TWRP 2.6.3.0 it boots itself into TWRP recovery. Not booting the system. Any ideas?
Hey guys...I'm new around here so sorry if I ask stupid questions...
I have had my P5210 for a few years now and, even if I updated to 4.4.2, there still are some bugs that I think are from Samsung's side...
I was wondering if this is 100% stock android without the add-ons and modifications Samsung puts into it, or is it the "stock" as samsung have put available on their servers to download and update our tab 3's?
I'd like a stock google version for 4.4.2...
pit file
Hey guys, can one of you post the pit file of the GT-P5210 (that's the WiFi version)?
I need that file to be able to flash something on the tablet because I am using jODIN3 casual web app to do the job... (Linux user)
Thanks a lot!
PIT file
Does someone have the PIT file?

With "stock rom" they mean the rom that is was shipped with by the manufacturer. So it is the fully bloated Android with Samsung's TouchWiz.
If you want to have a "clean" Android experience (the way Google made it) - or at least the closest to it- , you'll have to look CyanogenMod etc.
What Should I Do??
I install Kitkat on my Android Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3) and it worked but its slow and Eats alot of ram, The task manager said that 500 is used than 816 ram What Should I Do??
help
please help me how to root tab 3 10.1 ( gt-p5210)
Thanks

Help please
I recently updated my Samsung galaxy 3 Sm-T210 via Samsung Kies to Kitkat 4.4.2, after noticing that the new upgraded os was draining battery at a fast rate as compared to the old Os so I flashed it with old stock firmware 4.1.2 via Odin. Now the device keeps flashing the starting samsung logo and wont load any further.
So I flashed the device Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (Sm-T210) with 4.4.2 firmware via odin again and it has started working but the battery is still dropping quickly as compared to the previous Os 4.1.2 Jelly bean. Is there a possibility to run my device with the old 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Os or do I have to live with this latest updated Os 4.4.2 (KitKat) with low battery life for the rest of my life?
I've been told that the kitkat 4.4.2 bootloader wont allow the old 4.1.2 to load so is there a tutorial which can help me unlock this kitkat boot loader so i may revert to 4.1.2 ? How should i Install this blackhawk 2.1 kernel into my current kitkat os and would that help me to flash my device with old stock firmware. Please help.
I think I did same thing, but that was long ago. I can't recall all I did. However, I flashed it with Odin that is 4.1.2 after upgrading to KK. It worked.
Try to wipe it through recovery first before flashing with Odin
Friend i flashed the kernel three times but to me it doesnt works... my tablet continues dont charge offline... Please, can you give me a help???

P600 KK 4.4.2 to 4.3 Stock ROM
I have TWRP and am running Hyperdrive KK RLS5.1. I really miss the normal split-screen on Android 4.3 and the fact that it never went to immersive mode. Can I use this toolkit to flash back the ROM for Android 4.3 that I can download from SkipsSoft? Or is there a better way, or no way to go back?

Will that work as easily as that? I have read elsewhere that once you have gone to 4.4.2 with Knox, that you can't go back. Supposedly it will brick my device. What I failed to mention in my post is that before installing the custom ROM, I was running stock 4.4.2 Please respond.

Bootloader for Lollipop 5.x question.
Hello, I have a V500 and I'm still on stock factory Jellybean 4.2.2 ROM but am rooted. If I want to upgrade to the stock Lollipop 30A international ROM or one of the Lollipop 5.1.1 ROMs floating around which bootloader should I use? Thanks in advance!

Nevermind. I got bored and got the courage to flash the 30A Korean ROM. This is what I did.
- First I upgraded TWRP to 2.8.7.1 via Flashify.
- Then I rebooted into the new TWRP recovery and made a Nandroid backup of my 4.2.2 setup.
- Then from TWRP I flashed Skin1980's 30A Lollipop zip file and made sure I cleared cache and Dalvik after install.
- When prompted to install SuperSU, I installed it. Then it will reboot.
- Upon reboot the tablet will update ~141 Lollipop files and all my data was intact!
Basically, I followed the post here.
Hopefully LG will release a US version of the Lollipop ROM. Good luck!
