Hello i have a D855 with AndroidNow HD v1.2 (downloading 1.4).
after using some tweaks like supercharger and changed cache speed for micro sd (kingston 32gb class10) to 2048 it interupts the transfer files from internal memory to pc and from pc to internal. this happen when the files are bigger than 1.5 gigs. the question is becouse i changed and the internals cache from 512 to 1024 did this creates this problem? or supercharger? and how to fix/restore it? the problem exists and when i changed back to 512 mb internal cache speed! when i did a full format (cache/data/system/dalvik/internal/) and flashed the android now 1.2 still i have this problem when i transer my backup to pc(3.4gb) it stops to 1.7gb. can someone tell me how to solve this? or does someone have this prob to his LG G3 after messing with smth?
looks that es filebrowser dont have problem to transfer from internal->sdcard.

Hi guys, I'm having a nasty problem which I cannot figure it out.
So, I bought a 16gb class 6 SD card to replace the 4 gb one, but here is the problem.
With the original 4 gb one, with all apps and games installed it shows 140 mb free (internal storage).
If I remove it and replace with the 16gb one, it shows only 105 mb free, even after a fresh wipe and install (therefore no apps and games installed).
What gives???? Can you please tell me what could be the problem? Why my EXTERNAL card is eating my INTERNAL memory? Is this a paradox? It is supposed to be only an external thing, why does it mess up with my internal memory?
Any help is greatly appreciated, its driving me nuts, I wipped, formatted, and reformatted in an endless loop, hoping to solve the problem, still the same result (old one = 140 mb with all apps installed, new one = 105 mb, only the OS, if I start installing apps and games - even if on SD, it still eats up the memory and gives a low memory message).
LE: Solved! One had A2SD+, the other didn't!
Just went out to JnR and bought an 8gb class 10 card for my evo.
In need of some advice though because not sure if everything is working correctly.
From what ive found i think i did it correctly but any new advice would be great.
here is what i did;
backed up old sd card
inserted new sd card to laptop and formatted
inserted into phone
wiped everything, factory reset, dalvick cache and cache
set partition
swap size 0
ext2 size 2048
ext2 to ext3 convert
flashed Synergy RLS-1
rebooted
now, after i booted phone the market started downloading ALL programs. a2sd seems to work but not sure. my storage went from 370ish to 360. i have a lot of apps so im guessing it worked? not sure.
setting up v6supercharger, freedom kernel and sd card booster. will do before and after speed test of this class 10 card
let me know if there is anything else i can do or if i have missed anything.
hopefully not because dont really want to reformat everything again
ok here is an update.
tests with the new sd card. havent seen any benchmarks with what im doing so i figured i would add it on here.
stock synergy rom rls-1, no kernel, no sd booster, no scipt
6.6 write, 21.4 read
with script option 9 mega ram with reboot:
8.3 write, 23.8 read
sd card booster:
stock 512: 6.6 write, 21.4 read
1024: test- 7.9 write, 32.1 read
2048: test- 7.8 write, 33 read
4096: test- 8.3 write, 34 read
tested with sd tools, using sd booster
did not flash freedom kernel yet. i will soon and see if it has any good results on this. so far, is this what is to be expected?
Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 Specs
Memory Card slot microSD, up to 32 GB
Internal 4 GB storage, 768 MB RAM
I only bought my phone recently and have nothing installed on it, so why does my galaxy ace 2 only have Internal 1 gb of storage showing on it
from settings on my phone it shows
usb storage 1.10gb
system storage 0.91gb
1st of all, why do need to create a new thread for this! Post in the Qand A thread if you have any questions!
The available memory is never what it says because the memory is used up by the operating system, most of the bloatware etc! And so the memory available is only around 2gb ( 1gb for system and 1 gb for storage)
Actually when it says 4gb I think it takes the RAM into consideration too, I read a post from someone here in some thread who said it's the internal storage plus system storage plus ram plus smth else...
1.20 Internal Storage
1.10 USB Storage
~0.60 System Storage
~0.80 RAM
~3.70 GB -> Close Enough?
And besides when you buy flash drives you don't even get the "EXACT" space, i.e. an 8GB would have around 7.50GB usable. (The rest is used for cache when transferring files to and from the drive)
That should have been an obvious fact.
ok thx for replys....
this phone is new to me and was just after some answers.....
problem solved :fingers-crossed:
This phone is awesome good purchase man ^^
for me its not a big deal because a have micro sd 32 g (externel)
-camera folder to externel memory
-gl to sd for gaming (big games)
-link 2sd for insalling apps on external
FINALY your problem solved, its really good phone
Hiya,
I've been using the apps2sd.bin script with smanager to swap the internal storage and sd storage around. What is happening though is when you go into Settings-storage it looks like they have been swapped around but everything is still being installed in the internal storage and as you know its a pityful size and gets full quickly hence why I bought a 64 gb card.
Is there something I am doing wrong or is there another method that works properly that I can use even if I have to flash a new rom??
Cheers,
i have cm 13 on my galaxy grand ...i bought a memory card ..and made it my internal storage but now i cant access my internal storage at all ......not eve when i connet it to pc ..all my images and all are gone .......and in settings whatsapp size is shwn about 250 mb so i know it isnt formatted ..just the format has changed any way to change it back and can anyone please tell me how can i make it run faster ..or should i use some other rom like aokp
