Yes I'm using it I'm running on Existenz ultra rom It contains honami camera

That was the thread of honami camera port for Xperia S, Acro S and Ion but it looks like deleted :/
But in my opinion install the ExistenZ ultra on your mobile It transforms your device to Honami

It's 4.1.2 (FW 1.96) Everything works fine except the Superior Auto. But the manual mode is perfect too with multi-pattern AF And now there's an option to switch the LED on while you take a pic. (Sometimes it's better than automatic flash). It's very useful when taking photos at night. No more blurry photos

Custom rom + sony interface

Hello guys, I'm thinking about installing a ROM based on different kernel (cm etc.), to upgrade my super xperia S to newer android. But I hate nexus style. I love sony's one. Any ideas a about good composition? Rom which looks like sony interface, and with Sony apps? Appreciate it!

Try any rom with honami style and unlock your bootloader then install any kernel
you can install media apps for sony Z2 on CM11 but you cannot use all walkman features

You can try different ROM and use these themes to get the Sony UI look:

You can also install ported apps of Sony, most of them work. I'm on Carbon ROM and I have the ported apps such as Wlakman, Album which work very good.

I meant camera and video quality in non-Stock ROMs is not as good as Stock[-Based] ROMs.

For your info, it is Z3 launcher which is in fact the combination of xperia Z2 launcher(present in the Moto E thread) and the latest GNL. And it is not posted anywhere in this thread. Please be sure before making any comments !

It's from AOSP based concept, mean this ROM doesn't have Sony framework, so no themes in this launcher.

Well, there is no source code, so all the modifications should be done in smali code, which is complicated.

Where is the option to rotate and reduce icons?

Because we on LP ha e in system/app a folder called Home Release and there inside HomeRelease.apk

You can put home.apk to folder Home Realease. Then delete home Realease.apk. Reboot

U can easy create your own icon pack using the same iconpack.apk above from sony
Just download any iconpack.apk open it with WinRar navigate to /res/drawable and insert your own icons insted original, just mark compression metod to "store" in winrar...

I see.. It did crossed my mind that the only way to get this launcher to work on non-rooted Sony devices is by modifying its package name so that it'll be installed separately beside the stock home launcher (other ports aimed to replace/overwrite it).. Sadly, I do not know how to do any android related tinkering to do so.. Anyways, thanks a lot for this..

It is the same with the contscts widget.
These two widgets works only with the package name
com.sonyericsson.home.
His package name is com.xperiaconcept.home

Here is a old Sony contact widget.apk wich works with this launcher

Tested on xperia z and works great,with the change of the icons look is beautiful:good:

Tested The concept one on my Z5.. Working smoothly thanks just one bug that I found so far.. We can't uninstall any apps using this one.. Don't know why :3
