A few BT Niggles

Hi Guys,
Ive got a few BT niggles which im sure are easy enough to get round when someone starts getting some custom roms out but i cant seem to find a way around them at the minute, issues are:
- When phone is in standby (aka screen off) and you try and make a call via bluetooth car kit it turns phone and on says please unlock before making a call, if i turn the screen on before making the call it goes through.
- When you disconnect from car kit aka turn the car off etc it comes up with a notification and says its been disconnected and to hold the phone to your ear, this doesnt go away until you press dismiss.
None of these problems are show stoppers by any means but they are annoying when you just want to get in / out the car and making calls etc, aka i cant just get in the car and make a call, i have to turn the screen on first, and i cant get out the car and carry on as ive got to press dismiss on the screen as it keeps the phone switched on (screen on) until you press dismiss so i could accidentally press buttons etc plus will wear battery down.
If anyones managed to work these problems out then please let me know!

Voice Command V1.6
Hi Guys,
I also have a problem with bluetooth... well voice command.
I had the TYTN 2 with WM6.1 working perfectly with VC 1.6 and so naturally assumed that TP2 would be the same, sadly I was wrong :-(
It doesnt even try to use the software, bluetooth connects perfectly but I cannot initiate VC with the usual hardware button.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problems - in an Audi A6 for what it's worth. On my TP2 had both a PIN device lock and the option to show owners info when switched on.
Disabled both of these, and it now works perfectly in the car. Not quite sure which was causing the problem and may reinstate PIN followed by Show Owners Info to try to isolate.
TP2 Brilliant phone - have been using a TyTn2 for the last 18 months or so which I also thought was exceptional.

desperately seeking BT DUN
Hi all,
I am missing to be able to connect my TP2 via Bluetooth to my Nokia mobiles (N73, 5800) which do not provide PAN or NAP profiles but only DUN.
I need to use the SIM-card in the Nokia for the data-only connection whilst using the SIM-card in TP2 for phone-only connection.
I tried all the tricks in this and other forums. Unfortunately the most promising approach ("New installation file for Bluesoleil drivers! " - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=251995) doesn't let me download the file.
Who got it to work? Who knows how to enable in the TP2?

No vibration at all

Not sure what has happened but my Moto 360 has decide it no longer wants to vibrate. Its not on mute nor has my phone changed at all. Anyone have any ideas or should I contact Moto for replacement?

[Q] Dials 2 watch face not working properly

Is anyone else having issues with the Dials and Dials 2 watch faces? If I select Heart Activity, Steps or Calories on one of the dials it doesn't display any data, pressing that dial doesn't do anything either.

Are you using Moto Body or Google Fit to track your steps and heart rate? The new Motorola interactive watch faces only pull fitness data from Moto Body.

Fixed. I didn't have the Moto Body phone companion app installed so I'm guessing it couldn't reference the data properly. Thanks for your help!

I installed moto body and I still can't get dials II to show up. Any suggestions. The watch vibrates when I choose the face in connect but doesn't show up on the phone.

Are you sure your Moto 360 has the latest Android Wear installed (1.3.0.2166028)? (I would think so by this time, but it's worth double-checking)

Moto Voice issue

Hi, i had Moto x 1 and x play, and both had the option to ignore the block on the phone and do the action, but when i do a voice command on Moto z play, it ask me to unlock the phone, what makes this feature useless, I've check everything, even that smartlock on configuration, and nothing worked, anyone can help me?

📴 Putting phone quickly in vibration mode when in pocket and screen locked

Hello everybody
it happens quite often to me that I forget to put my phone in silent mode and then I start getting messages in meetings or so. With my old Motorola, I was used to simply use the physical lower volume button on the side to put the phone into vibration mode only (without sound) after the first sound of an incoming message. I was able to do that without taking the phone out of my pocket and with the screen locked. However, it seems that this does not work with the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G (at least not when the screen is locked and that's usually the case when it is in my pocket).
Would you maybe have any tips and tricks for me how I could silence my phone in meetings without taking it out?

Hello,
really nobody with any idea? As I said, my old Motorola Moto G4 Play could this without any problems and that device cost only 70 USD...
