Hi,
I am having an extremely annoying problem when using data network.
When i load a website, i get a message requested content "url" cannot be resolved
I activate wifi: problem instantly solved.
Anyone got a solution for this?
EDIT:
i dont have this problem with the LG browser
tried uninstalling and reinstalling through market: same problem
apps (xda, facebook) dont seem to get the connexion, but stock browser does... oO
EDIT2:
reflashed stock rom, touched NOTHING, did not even put google account, launched chrome and SAME behavior/bug
This + the hilarous/retarded sharpenning + no bootloader access... man i am getting tired of this phone already.
thanks guys!
OK, spent most of my day trying to get a setup i liked and still cant get everything working flawlessly.
This is unacceptable for a flagship phone, so i am returning it and will wait for the nexus 5 2014.

Hi,
I've been searching for solutions now for a few hours and finally it dawned on me that maybe I should try connecting via hotspot from my cell. Now the download starts normally. But when I switch back to my normal wireless router, it comes back again.
I have done all the "tricks" one can find online: clearing cache, deleting my account, removing updates from g-play. Also I have no firewall on in my router. everything else works well. On top of this, the downloads worked like two weeks ago and I have not touched anything since...
Please tell me that someone here has an idea what is wrong?
Dear folks!
I have been experiencing a significant problem for a while already and looking for how to solve it, and I hope someone of you can give me some help. Any advice appreciated. I couldnt find any concrete solution for this.
Let me start to explain you.
My sister is actually the one using Samsung Galaxy S4 mini (not rooted, Android 4.4.2), and we both have the same problem. Mine is Samsung Galaxy S Relay (rooted, Android 4.4.4).
Our wifi download speed from speedtest.net results directly about 40 Mbits/sec and I can't even believe it!
But when it comes to for example Facebook, Youtube, Google Play, it takes a long time for loading, especially the pictures. Worse on youtube videos, in most of the cases, it can't even load anything, it stops and only after several refresh I can see something, and again very slow.
On mine computer, it is all fine though. Also on our mobile data everything is working perfect and fast.
On my galaxy, I have tried different Android versions, but nothing changed, wifi still slow. Whatever we do on our mobile, change the ROM, factory reset, nothing helps. And the strangest thing is, that when my friend tried our wifi on his Nokia mobile, it worked also fast and without an issue.
It may sound strange, but our problem has exactly started when there was an upgrade of the ISP in our city. After experiencing like that, I have called them and they recommended me a new router. The new router didn't change anything.
My ISP suggested me to try another channels on the router.. I have tried them all. Sill the same problem, and they can not help me any further so far.
If it is an andoid issue, what else can I try?
If it is a router issue, what can I try on its settings? I believe there is an interface/connection problem between samsung and my router or new ISP settings, maybe some change in the settings could fix it?
I would appreciate any help from you guys.
Thank you in advance!

My wife has a galaxy note 2 and is very happy with it, especially since she installed CyanogenMod since it's a lot smoother. But she is thinking about changing smartphone because she needs Instagram for her work and she can't upload videos "upload failed" is what she gets every time. The problem occurs since the stock rom, tried factory reset, tried the beta app, nothing works. I researched and found no solution yet, can someone please help us?
Cheers
Trying to help my dad out with his Pixel C. He was complaining about constant bootlooping after Android Nougat was installed on his tablet. I did some remote trouble shooting with him, and nothing seemed to help. I instructed how to do a factory reset. He did this, reinstalled his apps, and a few days later the bootloops started happening again. He ended up getting an RMA from Google.
New device came today. I added his account, all was fine. Restored his apps. Again, all is fine. used some random apps, again, all is fine. Opened Chrome. Bootloop. Cannot get it to stop bootlooping unless I turn off wifi BEFORE it connects to wifi. Sometimes you don't have a chance, it connects before you disable it. If i disable wifi, I can use the tablet and it is fine (well as much as you can do on a non internet connected device). As soon as wifi connects, it bootloops. I have removed his google account, disabled all syncing, removed almost every single app, yet the problem remains.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can do?
I want to grab a trace of whatever is causing the crash, but not sure of the best way/app that will let me do that.
Try disabling chrome
I tried uninstalling it as well as uninstalling every other program.
I'm trying to flash the latest factory image, and it keeps dying trying to flash the system partition.
Out of nowhere my Galaxy S20+ (G985F) stopped loading anything from the internet in many apps. Both when connected to wi-fi and 4G.
Firefox won't load any pages, reddit app won't load anything, Steam app won't load anything, wallpaper apps won't load anything...
Whatsapp and Instagram are working properly though.
I didn't do anything to the phone today and it was working normal until an hour or two ago. I have tried restarting the phone.
Should I wipe cache?
Does anyone have any idea what is happening? Any solutions?
EDIT: well damn, I just figured it out. It was Blokada. I disabled it and now everything is back to normal. Weird, I didn't receive any updates from it and it never gave me issues before.
