How to switch sprint Samsung galaxy s2 - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

Cam somone pkz help me.. I bought the phone not knowing it didnt have sim card disposable

This is the Epic 4G forum not the Epic 4G Touch. I will move this to the correct Q&A forum.
You should note that CDMA phones do not use SIMs like GSM...later CDMA phones use SIMs for 4G LTE access...not the same as swapping GSM SIMs from phone to phone.

thank you.. I realky need to know how to flash my Sprint Samsung galaxy s2 so I can use ut on cricket network . Can u help me out with that plz?

There are good tutorials over at the forum cricketusers.com

[Q] Epic 4g Touch has GSM?

Sorry if i`m posting in the wrong place. but here is my doubt?
Why some websites and on ebay sellers say that Epic Touch has gsm technology and a lot of reviews say the it doesn`t have it.
Most of the ebay sellers write in thir adds GSM 850,900,1900..
and UMTS 900,1900,2100.
It`s not just one seller saying it!!! A lot of sellers says the it`s a GSM phone. In truth, I just found only one add on ebay saying it just a CDMA phone.
I`m getting crazy about all the different informations on the internet.
Are there TWO VERSIONS of Epic? one CDMA/GSM e another one just CDMA?
Thanks for the patience. I`m in love with this phone but I only can buy it were a GSM phone.
CDMA only. Perhaps some of the sellers are thinking the SD card slot is actually a SIM card slot?

Theirs isn't called the epic 4g touch. ATT is the skyrocket and and T-Mobile is called the Hercules. Sprint is the only carrier calling it the epic 4g touch, therefore it is CDMA only (unless ebay is selling the other carrier's versions and using the wrong name).
If you can only buy a GSM, get the galaxy note

Correct but ATT has 2 galaxy's. The Galaxy S II and Galaxy S II Skyrocket
Edit: oh and I'm guessing they have 2 because if you get the skyrocket and have unlimited data, att makes u change your plan to $45 a month for your data

[Q] could sprint Galaxy S II be unlocked to tmobile??

Hey guys:
Just got a sprint Galaxy S II from my friend but I am using tmobile. Take out the battery and find out a sim card slot. Kinda thinking if this one can be unlocked to tmobile. Thanks for all your time.
Wrong place, but if the sprint phone you are talking about the Epic 4G touch, no that will not work on Tmobile. It will not work with GSM network.
thats a micro-sd card slot NOT a sim-card slot
Da fu*k?
No it will not work

Cm10.1 ROM options for global travel...

Hey guys. I have a question about the sprint gs3. I have a friend being deployed to Afghanistan and I'm trying to help him get connected while he is over there. He has a evo 4g lte and I was shocked to realize is only a CDMA and lte device.
I know the sg3 has the global radios on board but I'm wondering what the options are for switching radios for global use on other sim cards while running the latest and greatest ROMs.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no SIM slot in the Sprint variant of the phone. You should have him go to the Sprint store and ask them what phones are available with SIM slots and whether they will unlock it for his use overseas. Other than that, may I suggest a non-contract phone for use while he's deployed, perhaps a rugged one.

Verizon nexus 4g lte straighttalk

I've read and searched around. Some say no. Some yes works great 3g only just flash it. I can't find a guide for flashing this phone to straighttalk aside from esn cloning which I don't want to do.... the byop deal from straighttalk says cdma phone can be used but no lte phones. Just want to get the basics working not worried about 4g.
Any help is appreciated

helps galaxy s3 sph-l710 sprint

hello. I'm considering buying a galaxy s3 sprint sph-L710 but to unlock and use it with tmobile gsm. is there a method for sph-L720 s4 but not if for shp-L710 is the same unlock for use with tmobile, att etc. if anyone know if you can, appreciate your help
You can't use a sprint model gs3 on T-Mobile or AT&T. The sim card is integrated into the board and they run on different frequencies.
ok. thanks
