P6 hidden surprise to be unveiled on December 16

There is one post on weibo by an senior individual of Huawei, about some hidden surprise for P6. This hidden stuff would be revealed on December 16 (during which event they would also unveil the new Honor phones, and the brand "Honor" supposedly going to be developed as independent brand from the Huawei phones)

In the comments section, different guesses from Emui2.0 to 4G enabled P6 was made.
My guess is that P6 is releasing in two more new colors :angel:
Either way, those who are planning to buy P6 should definitely wait for the December 16th(for what this hidden surprise could be) and 18th event (P6S to be released).

The color of the first box being a blue edition looks easy to guess. But the box in behind i couldnt figure out until i read one comment about the gold edition. There was some gold edition pictures leaked prior to this:

During my purchasing of the P6, the saleswoman gave me a pink P6, having filled all the documents, she noticed that she had made a mistake and switched it for a black one and I had to refill all the papers again. Don't think that the pink version is anything new.

Yes, there is 3 official colors at the moment. Black, White and Pink

This offer was avail here in philippines last dec 16-31. I bought mine on dec 18 and it comes with a leather case, plastic protector case and bluetooth speaker name huawei swan.. i wonder why they wouldnt give us the headset instead..

But of all the models released so far the only one that actually pleased me design-wise was a freaking case for the iPod nano, all the android variants looked cheap or clunky until this one. Sadly there's no price, release date or even concrete details on hardware but it's already a winner judging by the looks to me.
I must add that mororola has grown so much in the last few years, the Moto X/G/E line of phones is fantastic and if this watch is a sign of things to come I can't wait to see what's next for them.

I looked at the LG and Samsung Watches which are available now I think, I thought they looked really ugly. But this one looks proper classy. Might have to purchase I think, depending on the price.

Looks the best of all options I have seen so far. I could be tempted. The rumor running around it that it will be released same time as the Moto X+1, in the August to September timeframe. Since I'm due for a new work phone, I'm actually more interested in the X+1 than the watch. Funny I always wore a watch daily until about 6 to 8 years ago when I started to rely 100% on my blackberry. Now I'm considering a watch to support my phone? I will probably resist the temptation and spend the $ on beer.

Yes, QI from people that saw it at Google IO. No battery tests that I know of yet, but I would imagine they would shoot for 2 to 3 days of light use.

Ip67 means it's immune to water for about thirty minutes in water with a max depth of four feet.
You can't go swimming with it, whilst the pebble is totally water resistant.

Read at PCMag that Best Buy has leaked the specs and price (around 250$). Anyway, Motorola will announce it as well as 2 new smartphones (2nd Moto G? and Moto X+1 probably).

Any release date yet ?

On the IFA they said in October for 249 €.

I am currently rocking Pebble and I am completely in love with the idea of smartwatch.
360 looks aweeeesooome, but I have concerns.
The first one is battery. The Pebble works for around 3-4 days normally, which I think is ook. But if the 360 will be able to run only for a day (as nost smartphones do) I think it will ruin the smartwatch experience.
The second one is that I live in Latvia and moat of my communication happens in Latvian. Seeing that google concentrated on bringin Google Now as the main interaction way, voice input unsupported languages will miss a loot of the functionality of the device and generally will lack the functions in different regions.

For a smartwatch? Ehh, I'm a bit more on the border about dropping 250 for that. It's cool, but certainly not worth it.

Eh.. it looks really nifty, and I'd love to have it. But if I were to spend $250 on this, I would feel kind of devastated inside because for $250 (and $50 more), I can get something like the new Nvidia Shield Tablet, or a Nexus 7.

$250 was the amount that I decided would be cutoff, anymore than that didn't seem worth it, so I'm glad it is right on point. I will be getting this watch the second it is available.

I think I'll end up visiting the local BB on release day in the hopes of getting one. $250 isnt a bad deal IMO. I love my tech toys.

Know there have been rumors about multiple options via Moto Maker. I just want the silver one, and I have my own bands to change if I choose to do so. BUT, if Moto Maker gets a significant exclusivity-window, I'll be annoyed. A day or 2 is ok, but week+ is ridiculous. They've delayed this enough. I just want to use my $50 Best Buy gift card!! hahaha.

I got bored and searched Amazon for accessories for the Moto 360. About 10-12 screen protectors popped up from different venders. All of them had the same date for product shipping availability... October 18. I wouldn't care otherwise but they all picked the same exact date.

Maybe Production hasn't started for accessories... i doubt they would send a dummy to then yet... maybe specifications but I dunno...

Looks great, but in my opinion is expensive for a watch that will get old in only months.

Ice View Case Review

Hey guys, I finally got my Ice View case in this week and I thought I’d share some pictures. I’m quite excited about having it as it kind of exceeded my expectations. The design of the dot view case never really appealed to me and it always felt a bit gimmicky? I don’t know, I mostly got the Ice View because this is my first HTC and I wanted an official case to go with it but I think it might actually be so much more practical than I would have thought.

I’ve got some notifications open here at the bottom, which you can scroll through and then select which one you want to open which is pretty cool. If you tap the clockface it will also show you how much battery you have left.
Another thing I really like is that you can use the camera with the case closed! It’s just a little thing but it is so surprisingly handy haha. You can also control your musicplayer through the frontcover.
The case itself is very simple, just the HTC logo on the back and matt black all over. It is quite a slim case, so not highly protective, but I prefer it that way. I’m sure for my day to day use of the phone it will be well protected. You can see the rubber construction in the picture below, it looks (and feels) sturdy enough for me. Before this case came in I was walking around with my HTC 10 unprotected for a week or two and it’s been fine so I’m not that worried about anything happening to it now

Quite nice but HTC is terrible in releasing. The site says available but won't add to cart and then email says not available. It's weird. I'm buying mine from a China wholesale site. They have it for 10$ and has a see-through back.

Can you share the URL?

I have had the DotView for M8 and M9 and now the Ice view....
If the M8 had the M9 ones brightness and front flap material/build it would have been perfect
If the M9 had the M8 or Ice View (so far) hinge build quality it would have been perfect
If the Ice View had games (I miss brick breaker lol) and the ability to change the theme/colors it would be perfect...
Have liked them all (before them all my phones were naked)...hopefully IceView evolves over time!

Offline booking... You won't get any case for free... As it was Samsung exclusive deal only for 6 hours in "live sale"... With early delivery on 9th Sep.

i prebooked it on 11:56pm and when the payment is done it was 11:59:47 pm so i was not eligible for case and pen. so i cancelled the order

on samsung shop app when i click on exchange and put my s21+ 256gb it shows deffered exchange value of 62360.
The S21+ is in pristine condition,my question is will Samsung/cashify honour this exchange value or will they throw tantrums while paying the amount later.Attaching screenshot of the same.
I went to a samsung cafe and the offered me 57,000(including 7k exchange bonus).
Anyone else has experience with samsung deffered exchange programs?

I didn't realize there are 2 options....instant and deferred! But in my experience with cashify....they always stick to their promised value as long as your assessment is true!

Samsung customer support has zero knowledge on this offer, frankly they cant even speak without shuttering, rip samsung

My phone has shipped and should arrive in a couple days! Final leg of the wait!!

Picked up my pre-booked device last night from the Samsung store. Initially booked the black, but changed to the green colour, and it looks excellent. The phone has dual SIM slots plus esim support. Waiting for my Spigen Slim Armor Pro case, it will be delivered today. The phone is stuck on the July security update, probably will take a day or two for it to get the latest update.

Awesome!!! It's an 888 chip in there I hope (and no exynos surprises)

Yes, it has the snapdragon 888 chip…none of the z series have an exynos processor.
