Sorry for ev. doubbleposting, but how i can install xrecovery or CWM on Arc S?

Is there any oter way to get recovery working?

No it isn't.
For flashing kernel or recovery your bootloader MUST BE unlocked.

Look development forum and you'll find how to unlock your unlockable bootloader.

CWM its work perfectly on my Arc S with locked bootloader !

you can flash stock based roms like Gin2JellyBean and true ancestor and Xperia NXT as they can be used with stock kernel.

Ok so its not so bad I did the dial to get the menu like in ur post but no root menu so I guess I cant unlock it could you direct me or link me to these said roms please and Ty

fastboot flashes the file to the phone
hotboot loads the kernel once only.

Yes, that is what it is used for a lot, guessing you still need a unlocked Bootloader though, unsure tbh

Yes you can
But lte won't work unless u flash the kernel for lte version via flashtool after flashing rom in cwm

I think is baseband and not kernel !

if u have recovery installed on your fone,d'load the zip posted in OP,flash it through recovery & you're good!
