So I guess my bootloader locked??? Can I unlock it? Also I rooted the phone. Its on 2.3.3. Can I flash roms or I cant til the bootloader is unlocked??? Any info is welcomed

You can flash any stock based roms like dark forest without unlocking the bootloader. You will have to pay certain people on the forums to unlock your bootloader but it can be done. You pay them for the credits used in the unlocking process.
Ok thanks for that info. So you cant flash kernels until you unlock bootloader huh

fastboot flashes the file to the phone
hotboot loads the kernel once only.

So hotboot would be useful to boot a kernel that has a recovery built in?

Yes, that is what it is used for a lot, guessing you still need a unlocked Bootloader though, unsure tbh
