First of all, wrong section.
Now to your question, openSEMC or the AOSP one if you want aosp based ROM, the AOSP one is claimed to be more stable, but with lesser option. If you want stock based, then there is only a few to choose from. Personally i will say go with aosp based, but its up to you. Paranoid is a nice one as well, all AOSP based ROM shares same bug as in openSEMC

Then go with AOSP then, its pure android, openSEMC is unofficial cyanogen mod for xperia s, you will have to unlock your bootloader first to use any of them

AOSP/OpenSEMCis out of the question with locked bootloader. You have to stick to stock based rom.
Difference between AOSP and OpenSEMC is customization. You can't flash these roms unless you unlock your bootloader.

Firstly - Please, please post in the appropriate section. This is a development thread and not the place for such posts.
Secondly - Do some research yourself, read all the threads , you'll surely find what you are looking for.
Thirdly - If you are locked bootloader, forget about all the CyanogenMod or AOSP ROM's. There's just one CM10 ROM that works on locked bootloader. This is because you can't change the kernel on locked bootloader's
And last - Google all your doubts. Google is your friend. You'll get answers a lot more quicker.
I think it's wrong section for this.move thread to General Q.

miui works with locked bootloader,i saw it.but it have plenty of bugs.so i am gonna stick with stock rom. so sad..
In my opinion, stock is the best. Just came back from OpenSEMC KitKat. Rayman's ROM is great for sure, however, the user interface is a bit laggy and it's quite buggy.
So there's no need to be sad at all.

i love ExistenZ rom but i prefer black so mine is stock deodex + black system apps + zu framework by jjwrong + xperia z1 task switcher + full screen caller mod by rajeev + few extra themes = perfect rom i love this combo for speed, looks and mediocre battery.keep in mind i am a heavy user with 100+ apps installed.
I'm more of a performance guy...
n i have about 7 apps+only 87 system apps(only the skeleton)

When you mention AOSP, you mean this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2273821 ?
If you looking for a stock based rom then there are many Trinity, MIUI, etc or else you can try PAC 4.1.2 or PAC 4.2.2 which is also stable enough..

We need a recovery first, then we can wrap our heads around AOSP/CM Roms.

If these are things that you need then you'll have to be patient. Right now @autoprime @thecubed and @jcase (and probably others) are working on getting root for all devices. There is also only one variant known to have an unlocked bootloader (US T-Mobile, D851) and it has a working TWRP recovery, but no custom ROMs. An unlock or bypass will be required for the other variants before we can expect much more.
Here's a link to the progress by the members I listed above.

well technically its been out nearly a month outside of the USA (and even longer if you count Korea), but even a month is not very long!

LG skin isn't that much different from stock Android. Its probably the best out of all the custom skins... Go spend some time with Touchwiz...
Also no lag for me but that's for another thread.
But I can't see there being any custom ROMs for some time.

Actually I believe that the temp recovery hack that was found (TWRP), means it should be possible, its not a matter of recovery, its more a matter of devs, shouldn't be long I believe, since hardware is similar to the G2 (except the screen resolution and camera laser), it won't be long until a device config is ready and then all us ROM builders can bring you guys great roms!

This should be in the Q&A section. Please report your own thread and let the moderators know.
Second, this is the article which explains how to get it. It's very straight to the point and with a little knowledge easily understandable from the pictures alone:

You are misunderstanding what stock means
Stock ROM = the ROM made by the phone manufacturer, complete with all their customisations and skins. We have a stock LG lollipop here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/updatenew-firmware-d85520dkdzpoland-t2960848
What you want is an AOSP-based ROM like cyanogenmod, which will look as close as possible to Google's untouched Android releases. We have a CM Lollipop release here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/rom-cyanogenmod-12-t2945191
In future post your questions in the Q&A forum where they belong

Ok guys thank you all.It is CM12 but i didnt know it means Cyanogenmod 12.So i couldnt find anything.

You cannot use any camera mod on LineageOS 14.1 and on basically any AOSP based or CM based custom ROM.
You will need stock firmware for camera mods and I would recommend Cyberian Camera.

I use Manual Camera on the ROM that I am currently running(Exodus ROM) but it has half of its features disabled because I believe CM ROMs don't support so much manual controls yet and for some reason the stock Camera app on Exodus is hidden from the launcher so yeah.
If I was on stock I would just use the stock camera app.nothing else.
