Camera app with Bluetooth??? - Sprint LG G2

I have searched and can't find a way to achieve this but I need to record video but use a connected Bluetooth headset as the mic source. Is there custom camera app that can handle this? I used recording apps which work until I try to record video, it just refuses to record. Then I tired to use btmono but that did the same. Any ideas? I'm using my phone as a camera for a blog.

[Q] video recording no audio

Last night I was video taping my son. But when I played the video back (on phone or PC ), there's no audio. It doesn't seem to be one of those "codec not installed" issues because even the phone itself can't play any sound and I was able to record/play audio before. In fact after I reboot the phone I was able to record the audio. So here are my questions:
1. Is there a setting in gnex that allows recording video without audio? Is it possible I toggled that setting but wasn't aware of it?
2. Is there a way to show the audio input volume while recording? At least I know there's no audio input so that I can do something about it.
I was pretty frustrated to find out the whole clip was muted. Now every time I record something I am worried the audio may be lost.
Thank you.
Were u using some other media at the same time? Like listening to music? Something running on your phone must have conflicted with it

Recording Audio

Hey Guys,
I have a question, me being lame tried to record a live set from a dj without the video (I did not want to separate the two) but the built in audio recorder records only in mono....
Is there any recording software which :
- Stereo
- uses the full capability of the Microphone(s)
Thanks in advance!
I bought this phone to record stereo audio, but am having the same problems.
Does it record stereo video?
Then why not stereo audio!?
It really bothers me that no one has ever found a way how to bypass the camcorder lock on the stereo microphones.
I tried ALL RECORDING APPS on the market. And with every possible setting!
Everything is always mono. Using just the bottom Mic.
I Even tried nTrack and Fruity Loops, Field Recorder, etc.
Only way to record HDR Stereo Sound is by using the original HTC Camcorder app in 720p (to save storage space) and then to copy the audio out using
a converter. (I always set saturation to black and white, Exposure down to -2 and fixate the focus on a bright light to keep the overall video black to just save more space)
I then use Media Coder on Windows, or the MP3 Video Converter app that comes with TubeMate. No need to convert the audio, it just takes the audio track out of video without doing any alterations.
But still a big Problem. The Camera app always turns up the Background Light to 100% by default (and you can't even manually turn it down) so it eats up your battery.
(Any other camera app on the market doesn't do stereo either)
And the MP4 Video Files are huge compared to the AAC audio files, so no possible way to record stuff that's longer than 4 hours (unless you have several SD Cards and a Power Outlet at hand.
PLEASE!! If Any Of You Pros Are Reading This! Help Us!!!
I think it shouldn't be too hard to tear down the pre installed HTC Camera app programming, to find the key for unlocking the ways of Stereo Recording of Audio Only.
If I only had any programming knowledge I would try it myself.
But I can't even write a Pong game...
Sorry for my poor English. International Duderino...

Audio not picking up during video recording on RealmeUI

Hi, I updated to RealmeUI on my X2. I am on Europe (RMX1993EX_11_C.02). Now when I shoot a video using the camera app, the video has no audio. I made sure my phone is not silent, and media volume is turned up. I tried to shoot video with other apps, e.g. like in Instagram stories or Snapchat, but still same issue. I checked my microphone with the recorder app, it's totally fine. I don't have issues with audio playback as well.
What would be the solution for this?

Using video conference app direct on sony bravia

Hi.
I have been using this forum for years but this is the first time I started a thread so I hope it hasn't been answered before. I did a search but didn't see anything that matches my query.
I have a Sony bravia XF9005 running android 7 and I haven't updated android since I bought it.
I was trying to get a video conferencing app to work on the TV because I had been using screen mirroring from apps on my phone but the quality was hit and miss and it wasn't as convenient as doing it directly on the TV.
I have managed to get Skype Lite, Zoom and Jami onto the TV and used TV App Repo to create shortcuts for them in the launcher.
I have connected a logitech C270 webcam to the TV and got it to work for video. I got this working by switching the TV to pro mode and running Skype which then connected to the camera. When I switch back to normal TV mode Skype, Zoom and Jami all work fine with the camera but the audio mic built-in to the camera is not working.
I got around this problem by connecting a USB mic to another USB port on the TV and it works well when I can get the apps to connect to it. The mic I am using is a Blue Yeti.
In Skype lite if I make a video call to another Skype account everything seems fine until both devices are connected but then I have no audio from the Yeti. I have found a quick way around this is to make an audio call to the other device, the yeti is recognised and the audio works perfectly, then I just switch on the video and both work fine. It is the same for receiving a Skype call, if I answer with video the Yeti doesn't work but if I answer as audio only it works fine, then I can just switch the video on and it's all good again. I'm not too bothered about this as the workaround is easy enough.
In Zoom I have been able to get it to work well with both the camera and the mic but there are problems with it too. When I first installed the latest Zoom app and started a meeting it asks me for permission to use my video and my audio. When I give permission both work perfectly and I have had 4 devices in a meeting with no problems at all. As long as I don't close the app I can go from meeting to meeting with no problem but when I close the app and open it again I have no audio from the Yeti. I found a workaround on this as well but it is not as easy as the Skype one. Before I open Zoom I go to the app settings and permissions and disable the microphone permission for Zoom. Then when I create a meeting the app asks me for the mic permission and everything works perfectly again.
I have gone into the developer options and changed the Select USB Configuration to Audio Source. I have also allowed zoom to automatically switch on the sound in one of its settings but neither has made any difference. It seems like after the app is closed it doesn't recognise the mic on the next use.
Is there a way of automatically disabling a permission for an app after the app is closed or does anyone know of another workaround. I know that the apps aren't designed to work on the Android TV version of Android but bar these little problems they do work well.
I haven't really played around with Jami as much as the others so I haven't looked to see if I can get the audio working with it but the video works fine. I also tried the normal Skype app but it tends to turn itself into portrait mode when you are making calls or changing settings whereas the Skype Lite app runs perfectly in landscape all the time and it is much quicker too.
I was going to try Tellybean but I haven't got around to it yet plus most people already know Skype and now Zoom whereas I'm not sure how wide Tellybean is known.
Thanks for any help.
Hmm, a difficult situation. Have you solved this problem yet? A friend of mine works with conferences on https://brightvisionevents.co.uk/conferences / and he often gives me advice about my work because I often use conferences. I had a similar situation. Most likely, this is an incorrect operation of the microphone drivers. I think either reinstalling Windows or removing the microphone drivers and installing them from the official website of your Blue Yeti microphone can help you. I hope my advice helped you and you will solve your problem. Write if you have succeeded in everything, maybe it will help someone. Good luck!

Video record remotely?

I have been using a few GoPros inside my car, mounted with jaw clamps to record some of my driving adventures. I control the these camera remotely via the Smart Remote for GoPro. Mostly it works ok.
Just got my S20 Ultra a few days ago, and god damm the picture/video quality is phenomenal!
Does anybody know, if there is a way I could setup my S20 ultra phone in my car via a clamp of some sort like the GoPro Jaw clamp and have it start recording videos remotely via an app or remote, or voice command etc?
By voice you can use Bixby "hi Bixby record a video with the rear camera" should work...or even just "hi Bixby record a video".
Google assistant may work if you have gcam installed but unsure, using hey Google record a video crashes Google assistant for me, but I also do not have gcam installed.
I would imagine any of those Bluetooth camera shutter buttons (i.e. selfi stick remotes) would work, however you would need to be in camera app to begin with.
