So All was well I had rooted my Rogers One X and had TWRP on it. Long story short, i tried to flash maximus HD, borked the phone and now I have 0MB storage, can't connect my phone via TWRP to my computer since no matter what driver i try theres No MTP connection. I can get into fastboot (and drivers are fine there) and TWRP.

Hi Folks
Just Got my One X today from Virgin Mobile and I want to install Open EU 3,14 JB on it. Now according to Virgin they say they use Non-Branded software on the One X, but it still has the Virgin Mobile symbol on Boot up.
So I downloaded the RUU charged my device, Installed the HTC USB Drivers, put the One X into "USB Debugging" On, It got half way through the flash itself, then said "Incorrect Device Signature".
Any advice how I can install JB.
Thanks
Ok, Ive read around the forums and it seems I need to S-OFF my ONE X, but after looking at the thread.. it appears that I either have to pay for the tool or its not possible yet.. but is there something i can do to Temporarily do so i can install 3.14 JB.
Cheers
Hello everyone,
I have used you guys in the past for other devices but never needed serious help, so here I am stuck in a looping hell
I have an HTC One X that I am trying to root and install the TWRP (I want to have an android that is factory set without the carrier info and bloatware ect)
The utility I am using is the HTC One X (Tegra 3/International) AIO Kit By Hasoon2000 v2.5. Here is my main issue:
I have successfully navigated all the steps to root the phone (Steps 1-5) and now when I boot into the bootloader I see the following,
***TAMPERED***
*** UNLOCKED ***
evita pvt ship s-on rl
hboot-2.14.0000
radio-0.23a.32.09.29
opendsp-v31.1.0.45.0815
emmc-boot

Now from here it was my understanding that under "next, flash a recovery" I would simply pick "TWRP" and then click "flash recovery". This seems to work as the green bar in the top right loads briefly. After that I am at a loss. If I go to "bootloader" then go to "recovery" like the instructions say the phone just restarts and I see the Rogers splash screen again...
If it helps, when I try to flash the recovery using the "clockwordmod" it gives me an error "cannot load recoveries/cwm.img"
So to make this easier all I want is my phone to have nothing to do with the carrier on it, all traces of that wiped off at the single file level if possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been at this for almost 6 hours straight
Your phone is not HTC One X International (endeavoru). DON'T flash anything from here or you will brick your phone. You have One X "evita". There is a specific forum at xda for your phone.

I can not locate what I need on the forums with my phone model, anyone have an idea where I can go? Like I said just want a phone with no provider splash screens and no bloatware, just right out of that ole android factory

Hey guys.
First off I'll start with a backstory to get people up to speed. I own an original Moto Droid, then moved to a Moto Droid Razr and now I'm on my first HTC...the One. I've succesfully rooted and flashed many ROMs and firmware just fine. I'm pretty resourceful when it comes to finding information online. I'm familiar with Fastboot and simple ADB. Also I am familiar with TWRP and CWM.
So here's my situation. I went to reflash a new ROM to try out and I accidentally used TWRP to "Format" and ended up formatting my entire phone. My obvious problem is that I don't have a ROM installed nor do I have a .zip on my phone to flash. I can boot to the bootloader just fine and also recovery.
So to summarize, I'm trying to push a ROM file to my phone in order to flash it. The problem lies in the fact that I cannot get ADB to recognize the phone. I cannot use ADB to push a file since it errors with "Device not found" and I've tried using CWM to mount anything and no luck seeing the device. Also I've tried TWRP sideload and that just hangs at starting the sideload feature. I've tried reflashing recoveries and no luck getting it to see the device. Also, when using CWM there is no option to mount/unmount /SDCARD.
I know there are plenty of threads with this same(ish) problem, but it seems like a jumble of information and a lot of them are from different models or different carriers and I just can't seem to find the definitive answer for this exact situation. I just need a little bit of a push in the right direction to get this moving again.
Thank you guys a ton in advance for the help. This has been a great community to me, even if I never actually signed up and posted anything.

I believe you can flash in ruu mode just have to find that ruu in the forum. I hope this leads you to a fix

Thanks for the response.
I was actually thinking that would be my next option. One problem, I can't find a verizon RUU. I keep finding dead links to download one.
Problem solved.
Flashed verizon RUU to the phone and all is well. Had to do some serious digging to find that file.
Yeah, I wiped my OS also but could not get adb or fastboot to reconize my phone. Still had recovery so got the Meenova sd card reader, put my rom on the sd card and flashed it. Great little tool. Nice to have external storage also.

Glad you got it man!
but really?
typing RUU in the search box is considered digging?
the RUU is quite easy to find
Hey all, long time lurker of the forum but finally at my wits end with the issues; hoped I could ask for some directions.
I have the HTC One in the UK as an EE variant. I've unlocked and rooted my phone and wanted to s-off the phone.
However, I have put android revolution 41.0 on the phone with hboot 1.55 and cant get it working.
I have tried using adb and it only seems to work when I am in the bootloader. As soon as I turn the phone on, leaving it on the homescreen after removing the lock screen, turning off fastboot on the phone and turning on usb debugging adb can't find my device and I can't get past Rumrunner as it gets an error saying " run rumrunner again and READ (no adb connection to device. Debugging on? Drivers?"
I have checked the drivers are installed, ran htc sync to install them and then uninstalled it. Debugging obviously on but the adb seems to be the issue.
I had read I should return to a stock Rom and try again but simple can't find the right one. I use 4g usually but now stuck with US Rom which doesn't let me connect to lte or 4g.
If someone could advise me on which Rom (preferably 4g UK rom) I should use I'd be grateful.
Try the HTC one forum...this is for Verizon.

Hboot 2.14 does not exist on the hox international quad-core ! You have a different model of the one x (either the hox+ or the evita HTC one xl) so do NOT flash anything from this subforum because you risk a serious BRICK.
