Stock rooted T700. I am having problems with images not loading on certain apps. IE...Flipboard, tapatalk, etc. Chrome loads images fine. I am using xposed framework with app settings enabled to adjust dpi. I've tried to disable app settings but still not loading images. Any suggestions?
*seems to be an issue with SD card. Tried the kk SD fix already,

Hello there. I'm having an issue with gallery. I manually moved over a picture to the virtual sd card, but gallery doesn't pick it up. It doesn't matter where I put it, the root, Pictures, even the folder where the nexus places photos taken from the camera. I can see it in a file explorer and can even open with gallery from there. But if I open the gallery app the picture is nowhere to be found.
I've tried deleting gallery's cache but to no avail. I'm on the Android Revolution HD 2.1.4 rom. Is anybody with the stock rom having this problem, or have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Try rebooting, it worked for me before
I was on 4.0.2 and my drivers weren't allowing me today to transfer anything to SD card when using my USB on computer i went to gummy 4.0.3 reloaded the drivers restarted computer and working flawlessly
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
Thanks for the replies, I've tried rebooting, no luck. My problems aren't with moving things to the virtual sd card, but viewing the pictures in gallery after I've done so
This has happened to me with music files. Rebooting the phone after I have copied/moved the files in the designated folder fixes the visibility issue for me
Hi. I'm using JB ROM AOKP custom IceColdJelly built on 4.1.2. Anyway, on a fresh wipe, had removed /data /system, I had accidentally set 'htmlviewer' as a default to a certain extension. I meant to hit the icon next to it, jota as its a text file type. Anyway, I cleared all defaults in 'all' in manage apps. I still have htmlviewer for the default even though when i click on it in manage apps the 'set defaults' has nothing in it so it can't be clicked etc.
I tried installing new text file apps and even removing htmlviewer in titaniumviewer which results in nothing literally after clicking the file in a file manger. Even tried a couple default app managers which only show nova launcher as a set default app (since its the only thing I have set since clearing all defaults in manage apps). Just seeing if anyone has any idea what to try before I give up and fresh wipe again which takes ages due to all the various apps I install (like 60 games for a start, have games for me and our 2 kids on the phone). It's a fair bit of data to download so I'd prefer just trying to fix the default issue if I can.
Well, a workaround of sorts. Installed a file explorer with an inbuilt file viewer that is viewing the text file types that my 2 existing file explorers were using that htmlviewer as a default. Not perfect but beats the crapnout of fresh installing a new ROM.
I just managed to install DN3 to my N7105 device with AGNi kernel (as I'm on 4.1.2 bootloader).
I have chosen 3 google apps in the Aroma installer, but none of them were installed, so I had to do it manually. I tried to flash twice, but I got the same result, no google apps.
My other problem was the Accuweather widget. It appears in the widget list but when I put it on the screen it only shows a clock, nothing else. I could fix it by manually installing AccuweatherPhone2014.apk and WeatherDaemon2014.apk (found in the downloaded ZIP archive).
The question is about Google Play. When I purchase an app, it gets downloaded twice, and the installation only begins after the second download. I never had this on 4.1.2. I'm not sure why this happens, does it have to do something with user profiles maybe?
Edit: I noticed that it does not happen to all apps, but some.
I also noticed that an Android/data folder appeared on my external SD, some apps have some data stored there. I don't want any app to use my external SD (except Camera), I'm not sure how I could do that.
Does anyone know which stock system app is associated with the Default app manager. I think I may have removed it when I was debloating because everytime I click on a hyperlink I always hav to choose which app I want to use to open it. I have tried clearing all the set defaut apps and then reset them many times but it does not work.
Dear all,
Already posted about pinkish fotos. No reply.
Then I found a version of gcam that was working fine. Yes! Loaded the xml file for my phone realme 6 pro. And boom, force close of the app when making foto.
Checked settings, cleared cache and app data. Deleted app and reinstalled. Not working anymore. Then changed around in the settings to see if it really wiped.
Wiped, reinstalled, and the settings I changed where still there.... Huh?
Also now I recall that after the pinkish thing started, all versions afterwards I installed also had the pinkish color on them.
How can I deep clean my settings, apparently it still saves something somewhere after loading an xml file.....
Please help. Cams are unusable likes this :-(
Tanx a million.
Have you verified that the folder where the XML files are kept was cleared out?
Also, is the device rooted? I've had similar issues in other apps and had to clear out all settings from their protected data directories (/data/user/0/xxxx, /data/user_de/0/xxx, etc) You can find the data directories using App Manager. Without root, those folders cannot be modified directly but I've heard it is possible to do an ADB backup, modify the backup, then restore. I have no experience with that route.
