Backup EFS?? - Oppo Find 7 and 7a

What is the best way to backup the EFS on this phone? TWRP and Philz Recoveries for this phone don't offer it. So I guess ADB would be the only option? I would like the backup to be in an editable or mountable format.
Thanks

[Ion][Q] Titanium won't see CWM backups

For the most part I normally use appextractor to restore apps after flashing a new rom but since i paid for TiBU i figured I'd give it a try. When i select Extract from NANDROID backup the application tells me it cannot find any CWM or TWRP backups. The only location specific options i could find referred to Titanium files, not nandroid ones, so i can't tell it where to look for images.
Is this an issue with the Ion's external SD mount point? I have tried this with the stock 3.7 ROM and with the recent XZXv2, no dice.
In CWM select backup & resore/advanced/backup format ( or something like that as i can't remeber exactly) and choose .tar (Default) then try backup again

is there a reference somewhere for why this has to be done for tibu but appextractor just uses folder backups? if i need something from an older image i would have to restore the image, make a tar backup then use the nandroid extractor. seems like an oversight on titanium's part.

[Q] CWM/TWRP Backup

Hey, what does those recoveries backup?
I mean - System data/User data..
I just made a ZIP backup with CWM (6.0.2.3) and it's only 312MB (~430MB Unzipped),
and when I used TWRP I remember it was ~920MB (.win files).
In the TWRP backup there are cache, data, recovery, efs, system and boot files,
and in the CWM there are only system and boot.
I only need system backup because I backup the apps I need with TiBa.
(Is there anything else that I should backup?)

the Clockwork backup is a complete image of the phone. the recovery partition, boot partition, apps, and data. you could load a ROM onto your phone and have it not work to your liking and turn around and use the Clockwork recovery to reload the saved image and be exactly back where you were before the ROM got loaded.
on the other hand, about the best app to backup other apps and data is Titanium Backup. they don't get much better than that app for backing up your phone and having as many ways to accomplish that task as you could ask for.
Weird..
TWRP made a complete backup and it's 900MB,
and in the CWM backup ZIP there is only system.tar and boot.img.
TiBa backups only apps (and their data), doesn't it?
I need a backup of my ROM..
TWRP's backup is the ROM and the apps, and CWM's backup is the ROM only?

No CWM backs up everything it always has done.

Create EFS Backup Tab 3 8inch

Is theere any tutorial or way to perform this?
If you've got a Custom Recovery (CWM, TWRP etc.) you can backup the EFS partition that way or use this application - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1308546

Virtualise recovery backup on computer?

I'd like transfer a recovery backup on a VM...
I've found guides show this from titanium backups...
I know of Multirom but won't work when the recovery backup is from an older/dead phone.
Anyone got any ideas?

Help restoring EFS from Partitions Backup & Restore

I backed up all my partitions including EFS using Partitions Backup & Restore but I can't seem to restore them in TWRP or ODIN. The backups are in tar.gz format and I tried using the tar.gz as well as the .tar inside it.
Is there any way to make a TWRP or preferably ODIN flashable backup from the backup files?
