I don't understand. The problem is that the phone, when fully charged, doesn't vibrate. If I were you I would not bother opening up the phone. If you can't live without the vibration then you can replace it, if it's the faulty part.
Unfortunately it's not possible to determine what is causing your problem from this side

The vibrate is`t a problem i can replace it, i can opening phone (4 times i do it in one day  ) The problem is: i cant determninate is the motherboard work or not. It isn`t vibrate, start light or something to show it is live... Thats why i search for other ways to determining motherboard problem with tools. I want to know this other ways  maybe molticet (multitool) + power supply maybe i dont know

When it's not showing any sign of life, check the battery

Then you will probably have to replace the whole motherboard, or maybe JTAG yours. It's strange though, phones don't usually die.
Did you pull the battery while the phone was on?

Testing the motherboard is theoretically possible, for example with a JTAG or Riffbox, but I assume you son't have one, otherwise you would be running a mobile repair shop and you would know more than most people here as far as mobile tech goes. There is no way of testing the phone otherwise, the only way of having an usable phone again is replacing the motherboard.

noting
it was in my pocket and wen i opened it i see its not work well
and when i test it by 3845#*855#
i know a part of touch dont work
Need some elaboration.
That could be caused from a drop, or any other physical damage to the device. So not software.
I would suggest contacting LG directly to resolve the issue, or hope it's covered under warranty.

Cold temperature doesn't usually damage a phone, and I'm sure it's not arctic temperatures in your pocket (lol)
There isn't anything you can just change about the touchscreen. This is the phones inability to detect your touches up in that region, so it's most likely hardware with the device. If you have time get on a live chat with LG to sort this issue out. I'm sure they'll cover you.
Hello everyone,
A friend of mine had an issue with his G4, the Cpu pin melting problem, so his phone got stuck in an infinite bootloop and after trying everything to resolve it the only way out was to change the motherboard.
Now my question is, knowing the h815 still got this probelm, we found a cheap h818 MB, will it fit correctelly in a phone designed for the h815? Like will it work and perfom the same?
Thanks in advance for your answers .
I tried to replace the H815 board with H818P board (screen cracked), but the display of the original H815 didn't work (no backlight) ...
Thanks for replying, anyone else can relate?
I am upping this.
Please anyone i really need to know before buying one !
lol ! this is a forum full of developers, not mechanics !!!
also h818 has only a few support, only the single sim g4 has big support.
And who can say for sure YES ?
And if the motherboard has any issues ? Then what ? you are gonna log back in here and spit on us ? haha
Anyway, ask this an experienced mechanic.
Chill dude wtf?
Posting bull**** like this really wont help, stop playing the smarty around the forum, someone may have been trought the same case as me and could have the answer so whats wrong asking? Coming back spitinf if it dosent work? Thats your kind, not me.
I have tried twice swapping LG H810 (single SIM) board with LG H818P (Dual sim). But none of them work, LED just blinking green, screen off. It will charge to full, but with dead screen. Suddenly, the phone ringing and buzzing by itself.
I think they're not compatible.
The problem could be lies in the daughter board I guess, well i havent tried swapping the lower parts of the backside cover where the daughterboard is
The H818 is one of the only LG G4 boards that cannot be bootloader unlocked officially or unofficially (it can be unlocked with steadfasterX's UsU method but the screen touch function is lost, rendering the phone useless except as a fancy paper weight). So if being able to have a custom recovery like TWRP or being able to install a custom rom like LineageOS is important, it's not a good option whatsoever. Recommend you pass on it.
Hey guys I hope someone can help me the other day i unlocked the bootloader with the nexus root toolkit and after a reboot from twrp (rooting it) my screen died. I dont know if its a coincidence that just after rooting it the screen was missbehaving (it was like and old tv) i tried flashing stock rom and unroot via toolkit but nothing happened, it still the same so then I sended my phone to a repair shop thinking it was a hadware problem and they say it was the screen wich was pretty strange to my cause ive never dropped the devicee it just doesnt make sense to me, they changed the screen and nothing happened. then they told me my phone was overheating(wich is not true at all) and probably it was a problem with the charging port. and they cant fix it cause they dont have the tools and bla bla bla (basiclly they dont now what it is and theyre throwing excuses to me).
What do you think i should do send it again to other place or keep trying hoping its a software failiure i have to say that ive used the stock charger all the time exept for the cable i use to conect it to my pc wich doesnt have usb type c.
I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME CAUSE MY DEVICE IS UNUSABLE AND I HAVE TO USE AN IPHONE
THANKS BY ADVANCE SORRY FOR MY REDACTION MY ENGLISH SUCKS.
I believe this issue is usually caused by a damaged or loosened flex cable to the display.
@bblzd thanks for the reply but i have a cuestion when you replace the screen i think youre forced to change the flex right? if not how dificult its to change it

I believe it would be attached to the phone and reatached to the new display however I don't know for sure. Possibly an ifixit teardown video would make that more clear.
My LG G3 D855 was working fine... i left it for a while and when i came back to it it wouldn't turn on. I tried to take out the battery and put it back in ad it seemed to have worked but i got instantly a blue screen before the LG boot up animation or the LED color switching. I tried reinstalling stock firmware but i can't get it recognized by my PC. I have heard about baking the motherboard but i want to leave it as my last option since it may lead to permanent damage, my phone was a bit hot on touch when i grabbed it so i think some welds are damaged or something that has been caused due to heat. If anyone can help me i would be grateful because i can't afford another cell phone at the moment and i need one on daily basis.
Anyway thank you in advance for even trying to help me with my situation and i hope you are the person with the right answer
Kind regards,
Harisprodude
