Same. Just use G3 tweaksbox for now.

I'm using it for several things. Of course not everything will work!
I thought xposed has this "safemode boot" to fix bootloops? Just in case
Sent from my G3
Actually stopped using G3 tweak box because something was causing lag when pulling down notification shade. Switched to Gravity and mostly works as stated, without the lag.
Mime was working fine but incessant really using it so I removed it

Does gravitybox or tweaksbox allow you to change the lockscreen to the AOSP lockscreen?

Nope. Just use widget locker as the lock screen and disable the stock one.

When I used xposed phone response time to wake up when you hit power or home button isn't instant like stock, take a few seconds longer, and I couldn't get some modules to work, but I'm on stock rom so that might be why
Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk now Free
Xposed alone wouldn't cause any kind of wake up delay. Yes, there are many modules that don't work yet, but browse through the thread. Pretty sure all apps in multi Window is working in Wanam.

Well once u deleted xposed phone went back to fast wake, just weird

It really depends what modules you had installed.

Have a good day!
the only benefit that i got from this is that my free ram never drops below 1.5GB.. so thanks for this dev
Sent from my LG-E988 using xda premium
Don't flash this...it really doesn't add any benefit accept maybe the RAM optimization, and it does not add the knock on/knock off feature.
LG has the feature in the LG G Pro Lite which has half the specs of the regular G Pro. Maybe they will update us one day.....

cm?
I'm going to guess that this does not work on cyanogenmod and such
Nope. Checked. Doesnt work on cm11, not even the launcher works
if someone could develop this please to make tap to wake
thank u for the hard work
i have this tweak on Nexus 4 with Touch Control and it s works great
now i am on G pro and i missed that option
If u wanna try stock based rom .. check out my g2 rom that has knock on working.. with kernel enhancements

Knock on for anything but the G2 is kinda a cap shoot. The G2 has a lot more sensors to pick up the knocks. Also, the knocks on feature has been proven to use battery.

Looking for a good flashlight app. The G3 doesn't have one built in...
Sent from my LG-D851 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Super-Bright LED Flashlight is a good one to use
If you are rooted look into the g3 tweaks box. It has a flashlight in it that you can set on your power menu
If you install battery widget reborn it has a touch app so dual purpose for me
I use this one and it has widget.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devuni.flashlight
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flashlight.lg
I use that one or if you use Xposed, there is an option within G3 Tweakbox to add flashlight to powermenu

You can install Tiny Flashlight
and then install the QLight plugin
which allows you to toggle the light directly from QSlide apps in the status bar.
Quick torch. And you can access it in the quick circle window if you are using the case
Sent from my LG-D851 using Tapatalk
I use G3 tweaks and set the volume down button to toggle the flashlight with the screen off
I personally love the CM torch app, attached below. It has a simple design, which I really like.
Warm regards,

I use Teslaled.
It has a widget you can put right into the home bar or where ever so you can turn on with a single click. I've been using this one for years.

Cm flash like with updated material is nice..... Download the cm apps app and download the app within that app lol
Use the Xposed torch, is a module for exposed you will love this one.
LG G3
Going through a lot for a simple led switch to use a flashable cm mod or an xposed module unless you already have xposed.

First of all, hello all. Just got my G3 2 days ago, and still kinda just lurking. Back to the topic at hand...
I use "Shake" I have it set so side to side shaking opens the camera, and up and down shaking turns on/off the LED. It's awesome!

I'd think there would have be a forum for this unless it's just me having the issue but if I install xposed I can't use the stock camera. The camera launches just fine but it won't take pictures or video. Any idea people.

I find that if I use LG's Pie support module to hide the Nav Bar (because I use Pie controls), that disables the camera controls at the bottom of the screen.
What about flip to silence calls? That doesn't work for me either...

Hello all,
I recently made the switch from VZW Note 3 to this amazing G3 & great T-Mobile service. I had been on 3 Sammy phones in a row. So I don't know many other brand-specific tricks.
Loved having control over LED with LightFlow app. But this phone isn't playing well.
Do I need to turn something on? Or off?
I'm Rooted (obv). Which if anything should help.
You can accomplish roughly the and thing with g3 tweakbox and a whole lot more.

Does anything need to be turned off in the phone's LED section? Maybe it's a Samsung thing, but I needed to turn that stuff off for app like LightFlow to work

NO dice... Using Hangouts, but with KK, whatever is set as the "default" should get the LED right??
So simple, yet so annoying. Hahaha
Hmm... Bummer. :/ sorry man. I saw the options in there. Never really looked to much into it. Not a function I use really.

^ Agreed. I use that app as well with no problems with the LED controls or use and it actually has a lot more variables and customization than Tweaks Box does.
I just don't like how the G3 doesn't let you customize any of the notification sounds as much as the Note 3 did....
