I'd think there would have be a forum for this unless it's just me having the issue but if I install xposed I can't use the stock camera. The camera launches just fine but it won't take pictures or video. Any idea people.

not on my phone.... I'm rooted... Have xposed and several modules running and camera works fine.

I can use Google's camera just fine but lg's doesn't do anything

I find that if I use LG's Pie support module to hide the Nav Bar (because I use Pie controls), that disables the camera controls at the bottom of the screen.
What about flip to silence calls? That doesn't work for me either...

I'll turn that off and give it a try and I don't know about the flip to silence, that's not something I use

Turning of pie support fixed it. Also, I don't have an issue with flipping the phone to silence it

Whenever I use this YouTube version the only way I can go into fullscreen is by having screen rotate on and flipping the phone, double tapping doesn't work what so ever... I've tried on stock bell rom and all versions of kyan rom

It's a feature
So does that mean I can turn it on or off somehow, I looked into all the settings

Does any one have a problem when after using a flashlight, trying to go to the recents menu by holding down the home button does not work? Like it does not pop up or is slow to pop up? Also, it makes the keyboard in the messaging app inoperable.
The way I fix it is by either rebooting the phone or by opening the camera app. Some how the camera app fixes it, which I don't know how.

Nope, no such problem here. Using the Tiny Flashlight + LED app.

Huh, weird. I've just downloaded that app and it worked like a charm. May I ask of you to try the app called teslaled flashlight and see if it works for you? Try using your recents menu and keyboard.

I had issues with TeslaLED as well. I switched to Tiny LED + Flashlight, which works fine.

Yeah, strange huh? I think the Tiny Flashlight is the only good flashlight app that's compatible with this phone.

Is there an app that can automatically hide the soft keys, yet are accessible on swipe from bottom/side? I've tried GMD but they're constantly updating their app daily, which interrupts functionality as it needs super user access granted. With their last update, they inexplicably switched the locations of the tasks button and the back Burton.

Best method is to deactivate soft keys from built.prop and use Pie
How would I go about deactivating that?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda app-developers app
Add this line to your build.prop.
qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
It makes the phone think it has capacitive buttons and disables the nav bar.
then just use LMT Launcher to navigate though the phone.

Thanks! I just went with pie. It works great! I just wish it could be customized. I'd like to see the stock menu pop up instead. That'd be neat.

Scared to enable it with no recovery...
Same. Just use G3 tweaksbox for now.

I'm using it for several things. Of course not everything will work!
I thought xposed has this "safemode boot" to fix bootloops? Just in case

Actually stopped using G3 tweak box because something was causing lag when pulling down notification shade. Switched to Gravity and mostly works as stated, without the lag.
Mime was working fine but incessant really using it so I removed it

Does gravitybox or tweaksbox allow you to change the lockscreen to the AOSP lockscreen?

Nope. Just use widget locker as the lock screen and disable the stock one.
Looking for a good flashlight app. The G3 doesn't have one built in...

Super-Bright LED Flashlight is a good one to use
If you are rooted look into the g3 tweaks box. It has a flashlight in it that you can set on your power menu
If you install battery widget reborn it has a touch app so dual purpose for me
I use this one and it has widget.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flashlight.lg
I use that one or if you use Xposed, there is an option within G3 Tweakbox to add flashlight to powermenu

You can install Tiny Flashlight
and then install the QLight plugin
which allows you to toggle the light directly from QSlide apps in the status bar.
Quick torch. And you can access it in the quick circle window if you are using the case

I use G3 tweaks and set the volume down button to toggle the flashlight with the screen off
I personally love the CM torch app, attached below. It has a simple design, which I really like.

is awesome! works with the quick case too
I use Teslaled.
It has a widget you can put right into the home bar or where ever so you can turn on with a single click. I've been using this one for years.

Cm flash like with updated material is nice..... Download the cm apps app and download the app within that app lol
Use the Xposed torch, is a module for exposed you will love this one.
LG G3
Going through a lot for a simple led switch to use a flashable cm mod or an xposed module unless you already have xposed.

First of all, hello all. Just got my G3 2 days ago, and still kinda just lurking. Back to the topic at hand...
I use "Shake" I have it set so side to side shaking opens the camera, and up and down shaking turns on/off the LED. It's awesome!
