Hi starscream.. I suggest you to try flash only gapps that compatible for your device
Or, do factory reset (make a backup first)

I think you might not hv cleared data after your previous flash with odin
So go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik
If it doesnt wrk then factory reset and the ultimate solution is flash stock with odin

Hey guys, I'm not sure what's going on with my phone. I wipe data when flashing new ROMs, but on boot I get a message saying UID mismatch or something similar. Point is, this message pops every time on boot, apps previously installed on another ROM won't install on the new ROM (error code 24 on play store), permissions won't get fixed on recovery. I have no idea what's going on. I still use it normally only these things I've mentioned worry me.

What recoveries and what versions have you used? Are you currently rooted? What is your rom setup now? When did the UID, GMail, and Play Store errors start happening? When I don't know the answer to something, I just Google it. "android uid mismatch" and "play store error code 24". The answers are there, but narrowing them down a bit would be helpful.

I am Rogers user , I followed mrRobinson's thread ( [HOWTO] [ROOT] No Tripping Flash Counter - [ATT / Bell / Telus / Rogers / Sasktel] http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426)exactly. I try to downgrad from stock 4.1.2 to 4.1.1.
Everthing went smoothly in Odin stage, I used the file name (root66_RWC_I747MVLDLK4.tar.md5) designed for Rogers. after the phone restarted, the phone was set back to 4.1.1. the configuration is exactly the way it was, it didn't go to factory reset. I didn't lost any app or data. all the phone setting seems to be OK. I didn't lose cell signal, Mobile data, ect.
then nightmare begin, al lot annoying error msgs keeping poping up "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped", "unfortunately, TouchWiz Home has stopped", "unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped", I have to keep continue to hit Ok get rid of these msgs, a simple task like slide btw screens, and openning up a app take foreve
as soon as I opened up play store, these error msgs keep showing up. after I hit OK, the play store just closed. Same thing for the phone app. I can't even make a phone call, it just keeping shutting down
I did go thru many replies on his OP. it seems nobody got this type of error. Please help!!!
Many Thanks,
Do a factory reset you will loose all your settings and apps but the FC's will stop.

is this the only option now? I am wondering what is the cause. the OP didn't say we need to do factory reset and wipe data before flash his root injected stock image.
thanks,
The OP assumes that you are not downgrading, and using a stock touchwiz Rom, in which case you do not have to wipe anything. What happened to you is normal if you try to downgrade without wiping.

Corect. Almost always when downgrading will you get these force closes. When you down grade you have to do a complete factory reset
Hi guys, i was trying to download an app for my galaxy gear from samsung apps.after i hit install it wont continue and you would just see a circle like its loading but thats it.I thought its the galaxy gear prob but then i went straight to th app amd tried to download an app but got the same result. What i have tried: 1.uninstall & reinstall sam app
2.clear cache
3.clear data
4.clear dalvic cache
5.re-log to my account.
I dont prefer to factory reset my phone. It was working fine until the update i think but i have already tried uninstalling the update.the prob is it wont let me use the sam app store unless i update it.i tried the app on my note 8(not rooted) and have no prob. Im using stock rom running 4.3(rooted). Anyone have the same experience?

1. Try to set your time and date
2. Try to go to setting->Apps and then go to Google Play Store, and force stop it then clear cache and data. And also go to Google Play Services and do the same
3. If that doesn't work, try hard reset your xperia
4. If those step doesn't work, try search on google or in XDA search bar
