1. Try to set your time and date
2. Try to go to setting->Apps and then go to Google Play Store, and force stop it then clear cache and data. And also go to Google Play Services and do the same
3. If that doesn't work, try hard reset your xperia
4. If those step doesn't work, try search on google or in XDA search bar

anyone having this issue? I get a error on free apps. Just started happening.
I'm on my phoe and can't or dont know how to attach a pic.
error processing purchase is the message I get though.
Try clearing data on Play Store under Settings> Applications>All. I think it also helps to clear data on Google Services Framework, and a reboot might even be in store. I've had it happen a few times and after different combinations of the above it seems to eventually work again.

I am having the same issue, I just updated from CM9.1 to CM10, I tried deleting cache and data, but nothing worked. When I try to update or download any app, play store crashes. I am using wt19i (LWW, coconut)
Re flash gapps, if that doesn't work then wipe and reflash ROM

you are SO lucky lol. i called google about this the other night. happened on all my devices after flashing paranoid android 3.0.
go to settings>apps>
google play store: wipe cache, then data
google services framework: wipe cache, then data
download manager (may show as "downloads depending on your rom): wipe cache, then data
If these dont all work, you may need to edit your device type in your build.prop.
you can use rom toolbox or root explorer.
if you use root explorer, open it up and navigate to /system.
click mount r/w.
long press build.prop
select Open in Text Editor
scroll down do device model and change to your device (which i believe is i317? idk, im on tmobile.)
save it
reboot
youll have to do this any time you flash a rom whose build.prop reflects another device.
I tried flashing a rom and ended up resetting my phone, yet i retained all my messages. So I didn't lose all my numbers or anything. I can make and recieve phonecalls and text just fine. It says i have 4g and i dont have trouble accessing the network for internet (with or without wifi) . I have all my important apps and contacts saved onto titan backup but i cant access google play store to download it. "unfortunately google play store has stopped"
Google play movies and music wont open, yet i can open samsung apps. And when I try my google app it gives me a network error
Any advice on what I can do?
Try wiping days for the play store, play store services and Google framework. Then reboot.

you rebooted after? its google services framework
so did the rom you were attempting to flash actually install?
Did you happen to flash a Verizon ported rom? I.e. synergy, axis, hyperdrive ?
Or was this a custom ROM like cyanogenmod or aokp ?

also, go to settings > apps > all and scroll down to see if, google download manager is disabled. If it is, select and enable it, then try play store again
it was paranoid android, that didnt work so i tried to restore my backup. But it said MD5 mismatch or something and i ended up with a reset phone.

yes it was.
and i'm assuming since the flash didnt work that you're on stock now? hmmm
Sounds like a Gapps problem. If you're on something other than stock, go to that ROMs thread download and reflash Gapps for your ROM.

Hi guys
I am getting an error 927 when trying to download or update apps. I have the latest version of the play store, with the new design and all.
People are saying it has something to do with the developers servers and all but no apps are downloading, doesn't matter which developer made it.
Have you tried wiping your cache and rebooting?

It could also be an odex file with same name as play store.
Just rename file by adding a 1 save reboot and try.
I had this problem with a single app because of a odex file I used root explorer to rename.

Clear cache of plat store app
Issue : I was downloading an app. In the midway the phone went out of charge. When I tried resuming the download I start getting this error.
Resolution : Go to your settings > Apps > PlayStore. ForceStop the app and clear data. Try downloading again. This should work
Change your google password.
Try below methods
Clear data and Cache on Google Play Store
Free some space on your device
Uninstall Google Play Store Updates
Add New Gmail

Hi starscream.. I suggest you to try flash only gapps that compatible for your device
Or, do factory reset (make a backup first)

I think you might not hv cleared data after your previous flash with odin
So go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik
If it doesnt wrk then factory reset and the ultimate solution is flash stock with odin
