Yes.
You can easily flash stock rom with flashtool.
Is stock ROM the .ftf file?

Yes.
You may even take a backup in CWM before flashing CM 11 and then restore it so no need to flash through flash tool
Does the backup store in the SD card?

Half yes. Half no.
If you take cwm backup then you can simply restore it back to get your settings and apps back. Then if you want stock kernel flash kernel only through flash tool. So you have a stock ROM along with your saved settings.
When you want complete stock same as when You first started it then you need to Flash full stock ROM, wipe data and cache and relock bootloader.

Well, finally we have got KitKat and so I may ask, why you want to go back?
If you want to run 4.3 custom roms, no need to downgrade, go ahead and flash.

flash ofw with odin then flash cwm and restore backup. it worked for me
People are saying you can't flash back to 4.3 from 4.4.2, which is partially true.
Even when you flash the 4.3 firmware, you will still have 4.4.2 bootloader.
However, if you are not really fussed about the mini details, just flash it like you would normally with Odin,
then when there are problems with wifi, use custom kernels to fix it.
Otherwise, flash 4.3 then use a nand backup to restore (if you have it).

Just using odin 1.85 to flash back to 4.3 stock rom. Remember to wipe data/cache before flash
I hope this can help.
My Xperia ZQ (C6503) was working until today, when I lost my baseband. I already tried flashing 4.2 and 4.3 stock, wiping data, restoring TA backup but nothing helped. Can someone help me please?

Did you try flashing it with flashtool, or just a zipped rom from recovery?
Try to find the FTF for your phone / carrier and flash it using flashtool.

There is a recovery on your phone, even if you didn't install one yourself.

Currently im using Cyanogenmod 11s and TWRP recovery. Can I just flash Original Stock Rom and consider it was unroot? Thanks in advance
You can only flash stock ROM with oppo stock recovery. So get back to stock recovery using fastboot or recovery installer.

Use Flashify. Download it for free from Google Play.
Extract the recovery image (.img file), open flashify choose recovery option search the file where it's located in your phone's memory and go ahead. Flash it.
If your running Lollipop stock ROM and want to gain root again without a PC. Then install Kingroot app and you'll be back in the party.

Thanks for your answer, but no, I've tried that and if you install a 4.4.2 rom on top of a 4.4.4 rom it won't do anything and go back to 4.4.4
Edit: I installed the new version of TWRP and Wiped: Dalvik, system, data, internal, cache and factory reset and it let me do it.
Thanks for making me try it again, it didn't work before.

OK I've never had that problem I've always just flashed a new Rom over old rom even if I was on a aosp Rom. I believe ur best bet is to flash a stock 4.4.2 touchwiz rom through ODIN then flash whatever 4.4.x Rom you want. Their are plenty of step by step instructions on what to do all over the Internet.
