Hello!
I have all the firmware downloaded on my computer and still not know which is the most stable of all. Could anyone help me? I will leave it up to the Sony version 5.1.1 available.
Thanks! :good:
can anybody help?
all the firmware downloaded!! I don't think you even know what you mean by stable. So just use what came from the factory if you must have the most stable of all !! or use what you like, YOUR CHOICE!

I'm searching for the best features followed by O.S.
Original and primary ROM is 4.1.2, but it wasn't some basic apps which I need (album, walkman, movie). I want a O.S. which contains long battery life, graphics ok, games ok, no lagging...
Meanwhile, I'm using 4.4.4 10.5.1.A.0.283
I have used 5.0.2 version. The Phone is managing better memory, and this version came with all apps that you told.

after update to 5.0.2, the volume came too low, Walkman/Music lost important features (xLoud, unique ClearAudio+), stamina does not function correctly, battery drains 10% per hour while using Facebook and WhatsApp sometimes. But the UI performance is awesome! Some games starts to lag, but not all.
Hi all,
Just rooted my device for the first time today using TWRP and flashing SuperSU. I was hoping it was going to give me the ability to upgrade my device to a stock android version of Lollipop. As I'm looking around it seems like that is not supported by the community. I have used the search bar and haven't come up with much, except a few old threads when Lollipop was just released.
I found this thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2755532 that suggests nobody has modded it past it's final android update 4.2.2. The only difference it seems is it gets rid of some of the uninstallable Samsung and Google apps.
I just wanted to confirm that there is no development going on past 4.2.2 for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T110) before I flash a new ROM from the list.
Thanks.

I would also like to know, I bought the tablet today for my son, but never checked about the android version, and now i can't update the kids mode on it,so being to get it to update would be brilliant, if not i'll have to take it back and exchange it for one that has a newer version.
Maybe in the future:

Hey guys. Sorry if this question has been asked a few times, but is there a stock rooted Lollipop ROM available for the Tab 3 8.0 Wi-Fi? I've tried searching the Internet and thought I found a couple of leads, but they turned out to be infested with malware, which resulted in me having to uninstall some randomly installed programs along with other steps to remedy the situation. My main purpose for wanting to install Lollipop is to improve the performance of my tablet, as it has a tendency to get a bit laggy. Thanks in advance.
Not that I am aware of. Depending on your region, the highest Stock Android version was 4.4.2.
Hello.
Does the android 5.1.1 version fix the memory leak bug which occurs on 5.0 and 5.1 Lollipop ?
I ask this before installing 5.1.1 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition (SM-P605) running Android 4.4 Kitkat.
Tank you in advance for your answer.
Kindly.
Just go to enotar's thread in the development section and install his latest release, that one has no problems after using it for a while.

Samsung pushed lots of updates to their newer lollipop release, and as seen here
http://live.samsung-updates.com/index.php?device=SM-P600
the 7851540 release doesn't have the aggressive app killing problem, which plagued the older lollipop release. I tried the stock ROMs released above, earlier builds use the problematic 6086244 ones, so like two apps only would stay in the memory, however the newer releases don't suffer from this problem, and I can now keep around 4 apps without reloading, though that's only because I use generally 3 at a time and I didn't multitask much. Safe to say no memory problems here.
Thank you very much, Pact, for your answer.
Kindly.
You're welcome mate.
If you need an app to stay within memory permanently, try searching for these apps:
Memory Locker
HEBF Optimizer
"App Settings" within the xposed repository
They have the ability to lock choosen apps within memory so the OS doesn't kill them. I've been using the App Settings module and happy with it, it has helped massively back when I was using the problematic Lollipop build since it does keeps stuff within memory regardless of what the poorly coded OS does.
Thank you for indicating theses App.
Have a good day.

Android pie firmwares are bootloader 1, you have now bootloader 2, so, no, there is no way to roll back to pie

This is my advice to you ,
from my personal experience with Samsung devices, over the years .!!
Firstly, there can be many reasons for lags and problems .??
eg .
It can be another app that's causing the lag ?
It t can maybe be that....
'something /app ,setting ,system app is corrupted .."??
you have maybe disabled / freeze an app and you having a knock on effect ,modified
or tweaked something .
Bottom line ,
you have to look for the "culprit " that's causing all the issues .????
Best is to start from scratch ...factory reset .!!!!!
It should help .?
Yes, i know it's an big issue ..factory resetting or as i found out .....
I normally ,did a factory reset ,then flashed stock firmware ( no root attempts etc )
In my case i usually have about 200/300 apps installed .
It's a big job ..big hazzle/effort , to re install
and yes no backup "re installs" except eg contacts ,calendar entries etc .
No old backup ,Device settings ,no data etc
Fresh installs , a few apps at a time and test your device for issues ..each time
eg for a day or 3 .
Then carry on with another few installs ....
Further ,
i could be a Samsung firmware issue ..in which case Samsung should fix/patch it ..later.?
But , then most of other users , would have had similar issues, as you ?
Also ,I should know , how big hazzle ..effort factory is .!
If the current situation is annoying/frustrating you ,then its worth a try .?
but bottom line ..in all of my cases ( with my past devices )
i either found the culprit app or corrupted setting etc ..issue .!!
Never ever .. have i flashed "back" to solve an issue .!
Good luck
