You need a unlocked bootloadervia htc dev/Rooted And Preferably S-OFF.
Installation of Build 1 :
1.Copy rom to sd card And make a backup
2.Factory data reset/wipedalvick/Wipe Cche and system /and flash rom .
3.Finally reboot and enjoy.

read in Q&a and my post .. it does the same as HanSOON rom
use JMZ rom as based rom that could fix the issue

nothing change, it was the same as based, not themed or anything like that, it just took me to aroma, then installed in like 5 secs

I can't get it to work. I'm using AOKP latest, I've flashed in cwm, wiped cache etc. I also tried the custom boot animation zip option in ROM control within the settings.

Ok I've rewritten the updater script, it should work now
Redownload and reflash it.

You know what would be really cool? If in the bootanimation, instead of saying Google it said "S3 Mini" or "Galaxy S3 Mini" or something along those lines, could you do that Benz?

I'm using light by somin rom, and somin is using this boot animation, and he changes the 'GOOGLE' to 'S3 mini'. So that's cool !

It doesn't matter, i just don't have a backup available. Also whenever i try to flash it says there is an error and says "Failed"
I just need a to flash via ODIN and then i will root it again.

If u Google how to root sgh t989 there should be a lot of posts with the .tar file and stock ROM I just recently had to do this I'm not sure from which site but the links were live from several sites

Edit: Yeah, i went on Androidrootz.com and galaxys2root.com and on both sites, the download links don't seem to work. Would you happen to have an uploaded one?

Wait, Recovery will not allow me to flash any files and i already tried to reinstall the recovery, i needed a .tar stock rom file so i can flash through odin..

Yes It's being worked on and will come around later today

ok I'd like feedback ASAP.
This is uncharted territory for me and I'm not sure how this ROM handles G-apps so I did not include them, my best guess is flash them sep like with any other ROM beside MIUI.
Please bear in mind this is an Alpha and I went way outside of my release cycle to bring it to the S4 so please be constructive with feedback

unusual, let me look into this real quick.

I'm an idiot, the status 7 is because the ROM is trying to call LBESEC and shelld which do not exist in it; uploading a revised version now.
for folks who have the old .zip remove the LBESEC and shelld line in updater-script if you dont want to deal with a redownload

now it's workingggg awesome rom

You are using incompatible XPOSED Version. The version you are using works only with Android ICS and higher. (Works with CM9 SGY)
