Just install HTC Sync (http://www.htc.com/de/support/content.aspx?id=6223) and you should have all drivers you need.

Yes it is.
HTC Flashing program doesn't rely on any drivers which means it is independent from what ever OS you use. It solely relies on you being able to create a ACTIVESYNC connection. Which means as long as you can make an ActiveSync Connection then you will be fine.
In Windows 7 and Windows Vista, ActiveSync is renamed to Windows Mobile Device Center, which requires a download from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/downloads/microsoft/device-center-download.mspx
If you are still worried you can do the other method of flashing which flashes the ROM/Radio from your device itself.
Windows 7 has a knack of downloading drivers for you, so just plug in your device and wait. Then if using MTTY follow the instructions in the thread for replacing the drivers and flashing.
Or you can just run the HTC ROM Upgrade utility and flash with the stock ROM first if it gets glichy
of course you have to run the flash tools as administrator (otherwise you get a connection error).

I know and in the thread are drivers.
If you don't get it - here.
maybe I'm wrong, by phone off, connect the USB while holding the back button, automatically installs the drivers, right?

yeah, ok, the procedure enables the search of the Internet adb drivers (Windows Vista), but these are not found in databases of Microsoft.
So the only way is to install them manually as specified above.

i accidentally put the wrong version it is 2.3.5
Those drivers dont work for fastboot on windows 8. i cant get the bootloader unlocked.
Drivers are independent of your phones version. Try different cables, ports, computers
And make sure fastboot (on the phone is disabled)
Any solution? It says device failed enumeration. Only don´t work in windows 8.1
Did you install the drivers properly? Windows 8 needs some additional actions to be done.

Did you try that method, that makes you so sure? This is the only way to get fastboot drivers working on Windows 8(.1). These 2 operating systems work more or less the same, Windows 8 and newer have increased level of security, thereby the guide, which I linked to, should also be working on 8.1.

Ps. Win8.1 is not officially out yet. Therefore it can be a bug with deactivating driver signature check

Hi guys,
I need your help because i have nothing found what worked in my case.
I am searching for the right drivers for fastboot to unlock my bootloader.
Windows 10 Update doesn´t find any drivers for the Poco F3 as i´m in the fastboot mode.
Data coping is no problem an it found my poco for the first time i connected to PC but not in fastboot mode.
Also in the device manager on Windows 10 it only shows as Android device with a exclamation mark.
I installed also the Google USB drivers but it still doesn´t work for me.
Can someone help please?
I´am desperate....

I don't know that's why I use Fedora for all my ADB and fastboot stuff (obviously I had to use Windows for bootloader unlocking)

It's a Linux distro (distribution). If you're new to Linux, Ubuntu is the recommended one
Bootloader/ fastboot driver of all xiaomi phone is already include in mi flash tool, so when you've installed/ running first time of mi flash tool they will automatically installing xiaomi bootloader driver, or you can manually install it by browsing from devices manager then pick driver from mi flash tool folder that you have.
well it simply wouldnt detect drivers even when pointed at them but if you force the driver install against reccomendations.. It worked.
