Wondering if anyone knows of a browser (or browser that has an add-on) for immersive mode?
A google search has failed me.....would be nice to have full screen browser experience.....otherwise will have to root to hide the soft keys
Try "All In One Gestures" from the Playstore. You can enable Android 4.4's immersive mode without root

Sent from my D5503 using XDA Free mobile app
You can enable immersive mode in any app without root with GMD Full Screen Immersive Mode:

Can anyone help with a small widget or shortcut to toggle on and off the built in blocking mode? Thanks
When i open an app in halo windowed mode, and the screen turns off the app is closed. Is there a way to fix this so if i turn the screen back on the app is still present in the windowed mode?
Thanks in advance.
No, there isn't
If I enable immersive mode it disables Nova's "swipe down to open notifications" though swipe up for app drawer still works.
Disabling immersive mode makes it right again...
Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can keep immersive mode but have the swipe down notifications?!

Click to collapse
Download an app called custom navigation bar from the play store and you can set an extra button on the navbar to activate pip
When watching a video in Chrome, make it in fullscreen and then press the home buttonm, this will activate PiP, but it doesn't work with videos from youtube or with the youtube app
I am in no way the owner or the developer of this app but if you have a Note 10 or Note 10+ by now you should have noticed that Immersive Mode is missing.
By using this app you can add the Immersive Mode Toggle to your Quick Menu with just one adb command, with no root.
Once enabled when selecting the Immersive Mode Toggle you will be given 4 choices, no status bar, no navigation bar, no status and navigation bar or normal operation.
If you select no navigation bar, you just swipe up from the bottom to temporarily get them back.

if you re rooted on android 10/11 you could try "app settings reborn" xposed module : https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/mod-xposed-app-settings-reborn.4141339/
it seems to work for all my apps except for an issue with yandex browser ...
