NO, T-Mobile version converted to GPE, just wanted to flash original stock sense T-Mo radio. I noticed it works better, but was too trigger happy about GPE to pull it...
Here is the original TMOUS radio which is it is also flashable. Takes a while to flash in recovery though so give it a minute or two.

Ok so I'm having the same problem as this guy. Even after I downloaded the radio you posted I'm still getting pretty bad data speeds along with LTE dropping to HSPA even to Edge sometimes. To confirm I did this correctly, I just install zip and reboot, right?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Yep, well then either your area has issues with the network or you have a defective device. I would flash back to a stock rom to see if it makes any difference.

Actually I'm sure it's the radio from the rom I flashed because I had great reception running the stock rom. From what I understand the GPE rom has different radios. And just to confirm, all I do is flash new radio and reboot? Thanks.

Yes but when you flash ROM's they do not come with radio's, those are always flashed separate. The only time you will get a radio is if you use a RUU or perform a OTA which includes a radio in the update.

Check APN Settings make sure they are right.
The .ril files in build.prop are set much lower than stock.you'll have to edit the values and should see a improvement in signal hopefully.

I checked the APN settings and they look to be all correct. Also I flashed the Radio zet that was posted above but I am still having problems with my connection going in and out. Can you post a link to a radio download that you are using for t-mobile? Thank you for all the help.

Hello everyone.
I recently flashed CM 7.1 on my HTC Wildfire and my GPS isn't working any longer. Some people on the CyanogenMod 7 for the HTC Wildfire thread advised to flash a new Radio.
So I have some question:
Which Radio do I chose? How?
Where can I fin these Radio?
How do I backup/restore my actual radio if the flash fails or the new radio make my phone unusable on my provider's network?
Thank you.
OK 1. The cyanogenmod wiki for the buzz is where you will find the radios.
2. Choose the one higher than your hboot says yours is.
3. You don't. If it fails it fails, no backups.

Edit: found an other mirror, but I don't know how to check if it works in my country (I live in France)
Sorry again for my newbieness =)

Find your radio online and have a copy of it just in case. Then, get the new radio. Flash it. If it doesn't work, flash the old one.

if you took a back up of your stock rom:
take a back up of CM7, reflash stock backup, turn GPS on, leave GPS on, reflash CM7 backup.
You may not need to flash a radio

Ok so i need to send my inc 2 in for a refurb. I am currently running AOKP build 37 with aeroevans v9ics kernel and an unlocked BL. How do i return to complete stock unrooted?
i've seached all over the forum and can't find anything. It was easy with my droid x2 because you could just run the SBF with RSD Lite.
I also have the new software version 6.1 if thats any help.

It didnt say anything. It found the PG32IMG.zip file, ran it, and then returned to the bootloader screen. I tried running it again just in-case something weird happened, but same result.
also on a side note im s-on, the 6.1 OTA doesn't allow s-off at this time

I didn't think about that. That could be the issue then. No nandroid backup of your stock ROM right?
I'm thinking the best you can do is find a similar to stock ROM and install that. Most times the service techs don't look to hard at a device to see that it is running a custom ROM.

Great! Use that and then download one of the apps that helps to remove root. One such app is OTA Rootkeeper. https://play.google.com/store/apps/...m9yZy5wcm9qZWN0dm9vZG9vLm90YXJvb3RrZWVwZXIiXQ..

SuperUser can also just be deleted but the modified su will still be there.
It's a PRI for Verizon User.
Maybe help some people who has flashed Chinese RUU to get PRI to 2.71.
Use it you can downgrade it to Verizon version (v1.92) via QPST.
But I don't know more about QPST and I'm poor in English, Can't correctly to explain.
Good luck! Sincerely hope to restore your love phone.
Thanks Relay. I hope this helps those folks with issues after flashing the RUU yesterday.

no,
my phone is stil on the old one..
Hmm. My mistake maybe mine is a higher version because I got one of those refurbs with the newer sense killing firmware lol. Actually I wonder if that may be part of the issue?!
I have not personally tried to flash this file but i did some digging to find out and it seems as if this is the unofficial cyanogen mod release for the ls980. i personally am not a big cyanogen mod fan so I wont be flashing this but if someone is a fan and wants to give it a shot you can let the others know how it worked for you.
as with any rom please make sure you create a NAND before you attempt to flash anything
As before I am not the creator of this rom or of any programs I post I am simply finding the information for you guys. I have not tested this ROM so i can not confirm that it is working. Flashing this ROM could brick your phone yadda yadda.

Guys the gapps should be the same for all variants of CM 10.2 including the Verizon, Tmobile and ATT version. There is nothing specific about those gapps that are carrier specific.
I am sure if you go to the Verizon, ATT or Tmobile development pages you can find out which gapps they are using for CM 10.2 and use the same one.
