Power-saving mode existed before in all androids, but the new Ultra Power Saving Mode can keep the phone running 24 hours on 10 percent battery, according to Samsung's claim.
Does any N7105 rom have this feature ? ( i am using CM-REMIX rom seems like no this feature)
The Ultra Power Saving Mode let the screen only output black and white to saving the battery.
It is a good feature for us to use. Please tell me if there is a n7105 rom have this feature.
Thank you very much .!

My note 2 seems to get get slower at 20% battery. At 5% the changes are obvious. Scene dimming etc. Are their settings the I am just missing? I look through that Blocking, and the Power Saving modes. None of them seem to be on.
Was wondering if a am missing something in the menus. It seems to happen on stock kernal, and the Saberkernal I am running right now. I also running Novella Rom.
Thanks
Charles
I noticed that even with power saving mode disabled in the menu settings its still toggled on in my drop down menu. You can set the parameters of behavior whilst in power saving mode through the menu.

I was just wondering the same thing. I got the Zero Lemon 9300mah battery and it lasts super long. So when my phone reaches 20% I'm not sure if it slows down or not. But when it reaches 5% the screen dims and it runs slower. How can I disable this. There must be some way to stop the program that is doing this?
This is a problem because 0-5% last a very long time on this battery to try to kill the battery to zero.
Any ideas?
I'm of the belief that in order to disable the built in conservation mode...you would need to flash an AOSP build to get away from TW framework altogether. .
I can confirm no such mode exists on AOSP....g

Hi guys
I received Lollipop yesterday via OTA and power saving mode is disappointing me. In kitkat I used to put my phone always in power saving mode and it resulted in great battery life. The point was that though my M8 was in power saving mode, it could received messageg from viber, whatsapp while screen was off
Now in lollipop when I put my m8 in power saving mode, it can not receive messages (viber,whatsapp,...) and every body thinks I am offline.
It is really disappointing. I want power saving to be like kitkat times. any suggestion?
I want to hear from you guys

Are you using extreme power saving mode? That shuts off your data.

Hi
exactly the same behaviour on my SM-N910F (note 4)
really wondering if I'm not going back to kit kat (android updates going the same direction as the windows updates?!)
Hi,
I found the answer. The trick is that to go to power saver in sense 6 and untick the check box related to the "Data connection".
Thank you every body
I have switched my m8 from sense to GPE 5.0.1 and am loving it so far.
But I have one gripe: battery. Battery life has been absolutely terrible compared to sense. I also miss the "power saver" and "extreme power saver" modes. Is there anything I can do (kernels? apps? xposed mods, what are you using?)
- There is a "battery saver" mode in lollipop, but there seems to be no way to integrate it into the quick toggles as I have been used to doing for years (coming from samsung s2 -> s3 -> htc sense m8).
- Battery saver is very limited in customization: What if I want power saver but don't want to disable background data?
- Also, the "disable battery saver when plugged in" is bull****. It takes five actions to turn it on again each time I plug in the phone
- Is there any equivalent to the "Extreeme power saver" mode? It used to drain my battery next to 0% at night.
- I am using amplify to find and kill wakelocks and greenify.
Also, any alternatives to the battery stats monitor in lollipop? I'm starting to miss sense just for the reasons above.. otherwise GravityBox does everything I need

5.1 has fixed a lot of my battery woes. Root it and use greenify to get way better standby time.
Please can some one explain what are the different power saving modes on Asus Fonepad 7 Me175cg (K00Z) running android 4.3
I can see Ultra/Optimised/Cutomized mode
Please can someone explain the different between them
Do they reduce the CPU frequency or only affect screen brightness and wifi
How exactly do they help?
just what it says AFAIK ultra reduces perfomance of processor so that battery last longer.
Hy guys .. can anyone tell me is any ultra power saving mod is available for one plus 3 or not like samsung galaxy s6 type of.. or how can save battery other then the stock power saving mode...
:good: thanks in advance
In OOS, you will find the standard battery saving mod. Use less mobile data and more Wi-Fi, control the sync duration, use medium brightness etc. these could help you with battery life. For me, this is the best battery life i have seen in any phone i have used.
I think its called turning off the phone.
