None of them is the best. Just try them until you find one that suits you best.
You flash it by flashing the modules zip in recovery and boot.IMG in fastboot.

Hello everyone!
I just bought a SPH-L720 on amazon and the seller didn't send me the i9505 as he promised. This week I did unlock the cellphone and it's working fine here in Brasil. The main question is: Is there anyway to configure it on Brazilian Portuguese? There isn't this option to choose as a language. Can I use some rom or root it to get my country language?
go to samfirmware and download Unknown firmware for sph-l720
that Ok

Ok, I just downloaded the file and now, do I need to use Odin or something like that or may I move it to my device storage?
install CM on CWM
firstly your l 720 must be rooted
Keep your galaxy S4 charged to a minimum of 85% so it does not shut off during the ROM installation.
Boot your galaxy S4 into recovery mode by pressing Volume down + home button + power button. As soon as you see the warning screen, press Volume up. You are now in your custom recovery mode.
Now select Clear cache and then select clear dalvik cache under Advanced. Go back to the recovery menu and select Data Wipeout / Factory Reset.
Next, click Install Zip from SD Card and choose the CyanogenMod 10.2 custom ROM zip file to install it. Done? Now, select the Install Zip from SD Card option again and choose the ZIP file pasted to your SD card earlier.
Did not work.
Hello,
I did everything that you guys told me to do but, without any success.
I did unlock the cellphone but, I'm not able to configure the apn to use 3g/4g from Brasil and to set it up with Brasilian Portuguese.
Is there anything else I can do to try it again?
Ps.: I'm a beginner with android configuration and, if you guys have some easy mode to root and configure it, I'll apreciate your help.
Thanks!

Code:
adb push mkfs.ext4 /tmp
adb shell
chmod 777 /tmp/mkfs.ext4
/tmp/mkfs.ext4 -b 4096 -O ^huge_file,^dir_nlink,^ext_attr,^resize_inode,^extra_isize -m 0 /dev/block/mmcblk0p21
then the /data partition is work correctly
but the mobile stay on boot loop

Kitkat overwrites recovery on every reboot. So here is the solution:
When you flash cwm via ODIN, untick the auto-reboot option. Let the odin flash the file and wait for pass message.
Now reboot directly to recovery (not to phone). You will be in cwm. From there you can reboot to your phone.
Now power off your phone and see if you have a cwm recovery.
Press thumps up if you found this suggestion helpful.

A custom recovery is necessary to install a custom rom but you can rooted your phone with Odin PC and CF-Auto-Root-t03g-t03gxx-gtn7100.zip
For example there is an explanation here :http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/galaxy-note2-n7100-root-android43-xxuemk4-jellybean-523833.
You can find others in google with search "how to root samsung galaxy note 2" .
The most important before installing is to copy your important folder to your PC.
I hope that can help you.

Use Odin with the appropriate files in the specified boxes (i.e. in the AP box select the AP, the BL box the BL... and then don't forget the .pit file which is a few tabs over). Also make sure you have developer options enabled and OEM UNLOCK on. And a huuuuuge thanks to the op!!!!

Ok,
I'll update with Odin later.
BTW, how do I reroot on this new Nougat update?
I previously used CF-Auto Root zenltespr-smg928p.tar.md5
Thanks.

Had same problem... what I did was updated to G928PVPS3BQB1 from Sam mobile, then checked for updates and received OTA
Nougat 7.0 (G928PVPU3DQC5) working perfectly.
Not sure if I can root on this new firmware.

I tried multiple versions of odin to flash the G928PVPU3DQC5 zip, yet it would always hang on user data in odin at 90-95% complete. Not to say it doesn't work for anyone. What I did was I used the G928PVPS3BQB1 in odin and updated to U3DQC5 through the system update. Now I was able to install TWRP and root how I will explain, you have to have OEM unlock and USB debugging on in developer options. To unlock the developer settings you go to settings, about phone, build number and touch it several times. Make sure you have Magisk-v12.0 in your sd card. Now in odin flash the twrp-3.1.0-0-zenltespr.img.tar make sure auto reboot is unchecked in odin. To reboot simply hold the volume down button, home button, power button. When the screen goes black "quickly" hold the volume up button, home button, power button in twrp flash the Magisk-v12.0 zip and FYI the debloat.zip did work as well. Hope this helps!
umm... Does anyone else have 64gb device? I did a full wipe before flashing but now it says I only have 16gb and half of that is system. Wow this is bad. I was hoping to start frsh and get my space back but now I have way less than when I started

Try a factory reset in recovery, wipe cache, wipe system.
