Need more info, rom type of play what kernel your using etc etc we can't help with no info
Does it matter where I sent this from?

Does the wifi just not turn on, does it not find any networks, is it having trouble connecting to networks, or is it doing what mine has been doing lately, and connecting fine, but the actual internet is not working on it (ie: can't get on sites)?
Also, what ROM are you running, and what kernel?

What about giving us some more details of what we are talking about here?
Things like phone model, android build, kernel and rootfs versions, startup.txt commandline, are all basic things YOU have to tell us before even thinking about asking help.

How did you find your kernel version? I can find the rest of this info.

BT doesn't work.
WEP security doesn't work if your router is using that.
Be sure to match the modules file to the kernel. Also, use a kernel from the autobuild service, before you jump to a testing kernel.

Hi there, i´ve tested this ROM with success and i really like this CM7.2 version but i have one problem with USB-Tethering.
I can´t find the option for USB-Tethering in settings
This really would stop me to use this ROM in future, so can anyone help me?
In Phiexz CM7.2 ROM that was no problem :/
(or can i use a special app that used the original samsung-kies drivers?)
Personally, I do not have CM but I think that you can try to install apke from market
Certainly not to mess up the phone, but if that works that's another matter

it works sometimes, but the signal is very bad and i need to be very near to my access point. i think i remember wlan was workin better on stock gb.

I installed ThSeGa V8 (update 1 release) rom on my Xperia Arc last night but I got some problems:
- My keyboard just works in first time and does not run in next times
- I can not install 3G network mode in my phone. It just works in Wifi and 2G
So, any suggestion for my problems

I installed your rom by flashing as your instructions. Before flashing V8 I used ThSega V6 and now I still have to use V6 to find some ways for my issues.

FIRSTLY!!!
your 3G wont work because you are using the old baseband... plz use BB 77
do a fulll wipe and format system before installing V8... if your keyboard doesnt work... re-flash it..
that should fix your issue

but the author said that use fxp kernel inside the file.zip. i had extract and flash kernel using fastboot but wifi still not working. is there any kernel that can use using this rom? i tried lupusv3 kernel + wifi modules, but still wifi not working.:crying:

yeah i did it too. about 10x times i tried to flash the rom with other kernel cm9 based, but cannot turn on. thanks for replying mate.:good: i hope maybe there is a solution. i did PM the author. but he is not reply yet.
