I got LG GPad v500 earlier today, rooted and installed CWM. Then I flashed the latest Mahdi and GAPPS, cleared cache and dalvik cache, and on reboot it stuck on google logo animation (four colored circles moving). When I press and hold Power it just reboots. When it reboots it shows this error for a few sec:
------------------------------
Secure booting Error
Cause: Device ulnock. Success!
------------------------------
and proceeds to the google logo. I can't even get it to recovery mode because it doesnt shut down (catch 22!).
Any help please!
Ok, after 20 attempts I managed to boot into recovery. I reflashed both rom and gapps, reset to factory defaults, and it boots now!
Keeping it here in case someone else gets into the same situation

ok so heres what happened. this morning my phone started behaving weirdly. then it restarted and got stuck in a boot loop. I was running the newest aokp release. after the boot loop i restarted to recovery, i was using the team win one. i wiped cache and dalvik and restarted...still only to boot loop. next i tried factory wiping and reinstalling rom. still same thing, only then i couldnt clear the cache. if i tried it would just reboot.
on lunch break i figured id just odin back to stock. after playing with it a few times i got it to flash the stock back. after it rebooted the first time it went into recovery to clear the caches like it should but there was a red message saying cant locate efs or something. there was about 4 lines in red saying pretty much the same thing. and it said manual mode at the bottom.
ive tried wiping caches and restarting a number of times. I fallowed both the guides from the development section and from the general section. so i currently have the stock ics odined on the phone. it will boot to the rom and start. made it through the upgrading android part then once it gets to the home screen it will sit for a minute then reboot again and just boot loop. i can clear cache and make it boot back up but it just restarts after a few secondds.
please anyone know what to do? this is my second gs2.
For a while now I've been running a MIUI ROM without problems.
Today, the phone didn't want to wake up from sleep (tried using trackpad and power button).
I pulled the battery and started the phone back up but after the boot animation it went to black screen and wouldn't do anything from there.
I wiped cache and rebooted, went through the app checking but somewhere in the process crashed and went to black screen.
After several failed tries of pulling the battery and trying to reboot but only getting black screen, I did a full wipe and tried installing a new ROM but have not been able to boot into it.
According to the ROM installation everything went fine, but when I boot the phone up it starts trying to boot the MIUI boot animation then goes to black screen even though I did a full wipe and flashed a new ROM.
After doing various full wipes and sdcard formats, the phone doesn't seem to want to boot into anything even if I flash a rom, and recovery keeps loading up in Safe Mode due to a problem with /cache.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Today I tried updating my Verizon LG G3 to a new nightly CyanogenMod 12.1. I cleared the cache, delvak cache, and then installed the new nightly over an older nightly. Then, my screen went black (after a successful install). Now, every time I boot my phone up i get to the LG logo screen, and then the screen goes black. I have to remove and reinsert the battery in order to turn the phone on again. My phone will not stay on long enough to enter twrp or settings.
Is a factory reset/wipe on my pc the only option?
Thanks
Hi, you can't enter twrp recovery by buttons power + Vol- ?
If you can, flash again the rom without wipe cache and dalvik
I can not even boot into TWRP

can't recover thru adb ?
Well no recovery mode and not normal boot.
We can't use adb commands.
If you can go to download mode , apply a kdz firmware .
I just recently tried installing Cyanogen Mod, it ended up in a boot loop so I did the usually factory reset and flash stock. Except it doesn't go past the Boot Logo and if plugged in it stays at the screen if on battery instantly shuts off. I tried wiping and doing flashing the stock rom(not the stock rom problem). Still having the issue I can only go into download mode but not Recovery, please help I just got this phone.
Good day all,
I have a GT-I9195 LTE and have just flashed the Bliss-v6.0-serranoltexx-UNOFFICIAL-20160131-2157.zip using twrp-3.7.0_9-0-serranoltexx.img.tar. I did a complete clean install (wiped system / data / cache / dalvik) then first flashed the blissos then open_gapps-arm-6.0-nano-20220215.zip, then wipe cache/dalvik again and rebooted. All went fine, I set the phone up and all seemed to be working fine. I did a reboot to fix the small font on the lock screen as suggested on another thread and now I am stuck. the phone keeps booting, going into "Bliss is starting.. Optimizing app" then says Bliss is starting.. starting apps" then immediately goes back to the Bliss splash screen, over and over. So then I tried with volume-down/home/power to get to TWRP recovery mode, but no luck, it just boots normally. Then I tried volume-up/home/power to get to download mode, also no luck, it also just boots normally. Can anyone please advise how I can get into download mode at the very least so I can reflash TWRP using Odin and try to flash a different ROM? Thanking you.
Update to above post: Ok, after many tries I managed to get into download mode and reflash TWRP. So far so good.
