Good day all,
I have a GT-I9195 LTE and have just flashed the Bliss-v6.0-serranoltexx-UNOFFICIAL-20160131-2157.zip using twrp-3.7.0_9-0-serranoltexx.img.tar. I did a complete clean install (wiped system / data / cache / dalvik) then first flashed the blissos then open_gapps-arm-6.0-nano-20220215.zip, then wipe cache/dalvik again and rebooted. All went fine, I set the phone up and all seemed to be working fine. I did a reboot to fix the small font on the lock screen as suggested on another thread and now I am stuck. the phone keeps booting, going into "Bliss is starting.. Optimizing app" then says Bliss is starting.. starting apps" then immediately goes back to the Bliss splash screen, over and over. So then I tried with volume-down/home/power to get to TWRP recovery mode, but no luck, it just boots normally. Then I tried volume-up/home/power to get to download mode, also no luck, it also just boots normally. Can anyone please advise how I can get into download mode at the very least so I can reflash TWRP using Odin and try to flash a different ROM? Thanking you.
Update to above post: Ok, after many tries I managed to get into download mode and reflash TWRP. So far so good.

Hi. I was trying out Blisspop on this tablet and decided I preferred CM11 so decided to restore a backup. After rebooting, nothing turned on, only download mode worked so I just flashed stock firmware using Odin (which I had used successfully previously). Now it boots but gets stuck at the Samsung Logo. I can still get to download mode, but nothing else. I've read that if factory reset in the stock recovery, it'll work itself out but I can't even get to it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Dont panic really common problem happened to me.
1. Boot into recovery, if not flash one with odin coz your gonna need something...like philz touch or team win or whatever.
2. Wipe cache and dalvik, reboot and wait, samething might appear to happen but it should boot.
Basically ive noticed a few times now on my t805 that the cache wouldnt format propperly and became corrupt and caused this.
I knew this because in the recovery a bunch of errors appeared saying couldnt acces log from cache/blah zt each time i navigated the menu of revoveryand so i wiped cache and they stopped
Booted and viola...if you see any other errors in recovery tell us here.
Good luck m8.

The problem was that I couldn't even get into recovery. But found thread on xda that mentioned if you turn off the tablet from download mode (pressing power and volume down) then you can use the normal three button method to get to recovery. And then yes, I wiped everything I could and it finally booted back up. Thanks for the help mate.

My Friend's Galaxy Nexus boots up into CyanogenMOD for 40-50 seconds and then suddenly the phone starts rebooting. After the reboot, it again boots up and again reboots, this goes on untill the battery gets completely drained.
I tried to Wipe System, Data, Cache, but TWRP doesnt do anything. Also i tried to update TWRP via fastboot, though the CMD terminal says its updated still no luck as it is stuck with the previous version of TWRP. Also tried flashing CWM but yet again no luck with it. Same Error
I tried to use ODIN and flashed stock ROM! Still no luck! Anyone having solution to this problem? Phone always boots up for 40-50 seconds!
Hello All,
My Device is SGH-M919...Rooted and was running Cyanogenmod 13.
Last week something went wrong (no idea what happened, but phone went black screen and when rebooted it just stays in boot loop)...Tried to went to recovery to clear cache and format so that i can start over, but it never boots into recovery....So, i re flashed TWRP (which i had earlier), but no joy...
So i decided, to flash the stock ROM and start all over again (not worried of backup as i have daily backup of my calls, sms, pics, videos etc)...
Tried flashing stock via ODIN, it shows succesful, but it still is in boot loop...it just shows the Samsung logo and restarts.....Tried to went to Recovery, but its not booting into Recovery, But am able to goto the Download mode and ODIN recognizes my device...
What am i doing wrong or what am i missing in the whole process of recovering my phone...
Any help is much appreciated.....
Note: I already moved to Moto X Pure, but still miss my S4....
Did you boot to stock recovery and perform a factory wipe before booting the stock rom for the first time?
I tried to update to the latest update to the Razer Phone and was able to install it successfully, but when I went to install Magisk on the new update, it caused the Wifi to stop working. For that reason, I tried to restore my old TWRP backup I made prior to updating which everything was working before updating. I wiped cache, dalvik, data and system and restored my old backup. Now when I try to boot, it gets stuck at the Razer logo and doesn't get past that. I also tried wiping data and restoring the system image only to no avail and it didn't do anything.
Have you tried booting to TWRP and booting The other [email protected]
How long did you wait on the Razer logo.. When I reset my phone after relocking it.. It took 10+min for first boot. I was scared it wasn't gonna work but I just left it alone and it eventually booted itself up

Thanks. I'll try that and see if it works. But I let it sit for 5 or so minutes.
Edit: I'll go ahead and add it was stuck at the Razer logo. It never got to the actual boot animation.
Edit 2: I let it sit for 20+ minutes and it wouldn't boot or get past the Razer logo.

Yes I've tried switching slots and it didn't work.
Any luck with the stuck at logo screen? I followed instructions from Razer and fkashall and now it won't boot to recovery download or system . It just hangs at the logo screen for better part of 2 hours now so it's not a waiting game .. any luck in fixing yours?
hi there, same here after flashing google pixel experience on razer phone1. seems to be a general problem for many users. Any hints?
Best regards
Michael
I have the same problem, but I wasn't updating or installed any new app. I was just ordering food from an app and then all of a sudden my phone restared and got stuck in a bootloop.
I reflashed the stock rom, over and over, slot a or slot b, hoping that would fix it somehow... it's just stuck there now. I could go into download mode and recovery mode. but, it's only until there.
now it's bootloop until it gets into download mode...

I could fix it. After flashing (even Android Pi) you have to do a factory reset.
IMPORTANT: THE FACTORY RESET IN TWRP DOES NOT WORK. So you have to flash the boot-sector in your system partition with the stock boot.img and reset to STOCK RECOVERY by typing "fastboot reboot" and pressing the vol-up button. Once in stock recovery, do a factory reset and return to bootloader. Now you can flash the boot.partition with twrp boot.img, install in recovery the stock boot.img, install the twrp-installer.zip and reboot to system. The bootlogo will not stuck anymore.
I hope, I could help you. Do not forget to backup before trying.
Best regards

sry for my bad english
Hi,
on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini (GT-I8190) booting into recovery mode and download mode using key kombos is not possible, so I have to use ADB-commands on my PC.
As I had forgotten to save some data, I wanted to go back to a backup I created in TWRP, but forgot to wipe the memory afterwards. This lead to a bootloop, so I couldn't go into recovery mode any more. I bought an usb-jig and reached the download mode. There I flashed the original Android Version 4.1.2 by Samsung back on using Odin.
After the first start you have do do the setup, sign in with google account etc., but I always got the message that gapps stopped working and got thrown back to the start. Sometimes the phone even rebooted suddenly. Thus I never managed to reach a state in that I could reboot into recovery mode via ADB.
My next idea was to flash LineageOS with Odin, however after booting I immediately I get the error message "System UI stopped working". I can choose to close the app or hide the message until reboot of the device. Either way the screen is black and I still can't connect with ADB.
I'm hoping you guys have an idea how to resolve this error, or give me another way to access recovery mode.
Maybe also a way to install gapps via odin would be of use.
Thanks in advance for your help!
