My tool isn't alldin genie so can work for any issue lol!
btw my tool have two fix 1.If you find Force closes after restoring data with titanium and 2. If you are unable to read/write/access Int SD card (again which is different from writing issue on ExtSD card on kitkat)
btw you can turn media scanner off from my utility which can help.

It's just simple mate..create a nandroid backup first then try flashing full clean wipe then try using it for a day or two then get back to me if the problem still persist..
Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk

If its a writing issue in extSdCard you can try this app "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.sdfix"
If with internal flash rom again with full wipe. (With latest twrp)

maybe fault of recovery version?
idont have idea i try many things and i dont have ideas
i am on devil kernel and recovery
maybe format of storage?

Now you should take a Nandroid Backup and copy all of your files to your computer. Then wipe your all data and install Ditto. After that, you can install Nandroid Manager and restore whatever you want.

this is screenshot of my usage
battery sdcard usage

nobody?
nobody know answer to my issue?
maybe format internal storage help?

Sd card means your internal or exrternal? If its internal maybe its a hardware problem..if you can revert to 4.1.2 or go back to stock you can let samsung check it if the problem still persist..

[Q] Small storage capacity NOTE II

Hi, first sorry for my english.
I have N7100 but in menu in Storage info I have total space only 5,52 GB.
How can I get full capacity? The phone is with Stock Rom and without root.
Thanks for answers.

There are only about 10-11 GB available as internal storage by default. The rest 5-6Gb are not available for the user. So you probably have a few games installed, if you want more storage then there are a few things you can do. One is uninstall apps you don't need and the second one is this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2036796
---------- Post added at 08:46 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:38 PM ----------
Hmm, I got your PM. This I have never seen before. Your TOTAL storage only shows 5.something GB of storage. There is something wrong indeed...
Did you buy this Note 2 as a new device in a shop?
It was a gift. when i found this problem i tried flash new official ROM for my region with ODIN and no change.

Ok, this is really weird. Maybe someone else knows if it is even possible to partition the internal memory of a phone. Because that could be the cause of you only seeing a part of the total storage. BUT as I said, I don't know if that is possible, or if someone did that to your device.
IF that actually IS the case, then as far as I know, only formatting the internal storage could restore the total amount back to normal.
To do that, you'd need Clockworkmod recovery I think.
BUT again: If someone could enlighten me and the OP I would be grateful.

First you have to root your phone, look here http://galaxynote2root.com/galaxy-note-2-root/how-to-root-galaxy-note-2-easiest-method/
Then use this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1983489 and use MEGAwipe
And then you have to install a new ROM, and I suggest getting the OMEGA ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1915036
in combination with PERSEUS Kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1927852 which in my opinion is the best, most stable and safest kernel.
Thanks friend. I will try it this weekend. Today i need my phone and all data in it. I write you pm after that.

You are welcome, I hope you'll get all your storage capacity back. Please feel free to contact me, I'll do my best to assist you. You know that you can always get a backup app like MYBACKUP Pro to back up all your important data, call logs, apps etc. then copy them to a PC, if you have access to one. Then afterwards you can restore all the SMS, call logs, apps, etc.
It is always a good Idea to have a backup of your important data before you wipe everything
So for now, just get a backup app and do as much of a backup as you can. Then when you are ready to root you have to do a nandroid backup with CWM as soon as you can. But we'll get there when it's time.

First of all... I hate to say it but it sounds like you have a CLONE of the Note II that only has 8G of storage in it. Can you put up screenshots of the device and also have you checked under the battery, etc for information on the device?
Until you are 100% sure this is a REAL Note II - DO NOT do ANYTHING to try and root, etc or you will end up with a BRICK!

In a Pickle. Phone won't get signal.

[EDIT] Thanks everyone, I got the phone up and running. You can read this to see what I did to get it fixed.
Okay. So I have had my S2 for awhile. I have also lost all service where normally I had really good service, and another phone with the same provider has good signal. When I install a new CM ROM hoping that will fix the problem, it crashes after i click start, it then reboots and does the screen android is upgrading. I am thinking there is problem with the internal memory. Astro File Manager crashes when I try to navigate into the memory. I suspect there is an actually error with the internal memory. I figure that i could reformat the internal memory or scan it for bad sectors. Problem with that is that the connector on the phone is broken. Has been for awhile. I am hoping there is someway to salvage it
I recently got an S4 when these problems started. I am trying to get this working as A) A back up phone B) a phone my dad could possiibly use until he gets a new one.

Honestly this could be my problem, How do i do a full system wipe. I assume its slightly different then a normal wipe down when you install a new ROM
yes just flash that file through CWM and as far as my thing goes i went into recovery and went into mounts and storage and format system then wipe dalvik/cache for good luck lol then flash the ROM you wanted then wipe cache/dalvik again then fix permissions let it boot up rest for 10 min then reboot to recovery and flash the proper gapps to the rom wipe cache/dalvik fix permissions for the last time good luck measures and should be good to go....FYI whatever ROM you do flash if it does not come with the MC6 radio you will have to flash it again afterwards if its not getting signal good luck and i know the process seems long but i had my phone up and running again within the hour
EDIT: if all else fails which it shouldnt just try this and go back to stock and just reroot and flash again http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1513359

[Q] Horrible battery life.

I feel as if I'm the only one with horrible battery life. On average my battery lasts around 8 hours and that's if I check up on it once in a while. I was at 41% charge and I watched a 4 minute youtube video and my battery dropped to 33%. My phone was rooted but that was it, I don't have any knowledge on roms or anything. Can anyone else recommend what to do with my phone? I don't want to sacrifice usability but I really need a longer lasting battery. Are there any ROMS I can download, or kernels, basically anything to help out.
Try out the infamous 2.0 kernel, can grab it from the infamous rom i believe.
its known to give really good battery life. also kts kernel with good set up can also give good battey life.
can also download betterbatterystats and see what is draining your app. try disabling sync and look at how many accounts are synching...all those are factors in battery drains.

Okay, I need to root my phone real quick. I'm going to download the infamous 2.0 kernel, and I'll try to find where I can download a kts kernel, do you have a link to this kernel? Also how do I install kernels . Thank you. Is there any rom for me to download?
You flash kernels like anything else. I'd suggest cwm paired with ROM manager.

Before you flash ANYTHING you should ALWAYS do a nandroid backup. This backs up what your currently running and if you get in a pinch you can always restore your nandroi d backup. Never install anything without doing your backup first. You will be very glad you have that backup at times. To flash a rom or kernel you must first be rooted. Then your steps are first do your nandroid backup then go into recovery by pressing volume up power and home button. This will take you to your custom recovery that you installed after rooting. Then you wipe data factory reset then wipe cash and dalvik now you won't have a system and you can cleanly install your rom. You will choose zip from sd card.scroll through and find the rom you placed on the root of your sd card. Now install then reboot. That's it. If there is any issue with the rom you can restore your backup the same way but you would wipe then press restore backup and choose the backup you wish to restore. Hope this helps. But read read and read again. Do not make any changes to your device until your comfortable and have read and understood the processes thoroughly!!!

Yes you can download and install other Kernels as long as they are compatible with your rom. For example, if you have the Infamous Rom installed which is TW (TouchWiz) based as opposed to AOSP/CM based, you can install compatible TW kernels. I'd recommend looking into the KT-SGS4 Kernel at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2393708.

Edit- Just installed the KTS kernel, hopefully this will further extend my battery life.

[Q] URGENT HELP NEEDED! Phone charger port broken completely

Okay so basically I spilt a little bit of water in my charger port while i was charging it, and now it has a burnt smell and won't charge in anything. Its not fixable from anyone but samsung, and I'm not prepared to completely take apart my phone to fix it. It needs to go to a samsung service center. BUT:
1. My phone is running Rox's cm10.2, so they won't accept it
2. I can't use any charging wire as none of them work, so I can't use odin from my desktop
3. I only have limited battery (although I have a mate that has an Ace II so I can swap his battery)
I need a method to get my phone to stock, then reset the flash counter, without using my computer (so basically all on my phone).
I don't know if there is a way, but many thanks in advance if there is!

I meant that you formatted preload before installing CM/other custom ROM and because of that there were no apps when you restored teddytsen's backup. (CWM doesn't backup/restore preload).

Oh sorry I didn't understand properly, I didn't wipe preload before, I never do, until a few hours ago
Okay my issue appears to be fixed now, I thought I'd randomly see if my phone was still broke and it magically wasn't anymore... Very strange. Thanks for your help guys, wasn't necessary in the end thankfully

Good to know that.. Regarding issue don't restore system apps again restore only the apps which u don't have default in system coz it will start to mess up the thinks and if u have back'd up previously from cm based ROMs than it doesn't restore

Actually its coz original Nexus doesn't support SD card slot so CM11 AND Aosp based ROM don't support App to SD feature...S there is a away but its risky it includes partition of the memory and its bit risky coz if u fail it might create a Havok so don't try it unless u know what u do..Otherwise no way..
