Is swapper/swapper2 works on our device?
Also is it posible to expand the ram amount by
Using externalSD card (class10)/internal to be partitioned and be
Used as RAM? Like the vold.stab.
Larger RAM could be benificial to high memory apps and games

Swap memmory used mainly if more ram needed.
bt it might decrease the life of SD card.
if you want to use swap on grand, just need custom kernel with swap support.

Hi all.
I'll probably buy this phone for my wife.
Samsung say it is 4gb internal memory but doesn't say nothing on partition size.
as I'm an HTC desire user and i know that a very low internal memory can really be a pain.
so can anyone tell me how it is parted by default ?
4gb, it seems to be cool ... but How much for System/Data/SDcard ?
best regards.

3D games
They said that ACE2 also works for 3D games, but 3D games does have bigger file size, I believe it will consume much of the RAM specially if the game has "game cache". I installed blood and glory: legend, file size is 320 Mb plus other stuff to unpack to start the game, now I can no longer install another 3D game. Is there a way to transfer the game to SD card and play it? The game cache needs to be installed on "Android folder>obb" on the internal SD card. I tried to cut it and paste it to my external SD card then the game did not work. The app is trying to connect to the internet to download the game cache again.
Any idea?

Dude you really need to read all of the Galaxy Ace 2 Development, i believe you will find the answer, and its not ram that you need to be concern, its storage and you need to swap the internal and ext SD.

Is there a app or a way to partition the internal memory to use as system ram? I use Swapper for root but it just doesn't work as well as I'd like. I know they loomed into a while back and concluded that the speed of the memory wouldn't work for processing ram. Anyone know?

Scientifically impossible. However, there are apps which use memory "like" ram, to enhance performance(they are not really that much of improvement) but I believe 1GB is enough for doing anything possible on a phone.

There is an updated way to perform the function in a thread on our devices. So far there is no SDXC memory card faster than internal ram.
If anything, 16gb is enough for android apps unless you have a huge library. But then again, my 200+ apps are hitting around 900mb of my 2gb of system ram and fill 1/2 of my internal storage. If I could fill up my internal storage with apps, then I would have about 300mb of system memory available from apps being in hibernation or running in background. To me making an external memory card be your primary storage, would be more of a hindrance than the eye candy of having big numbers show in your device.
The only reason for such large storage in other devices is that there is no external SD card options, so there must be extra internal storage for the device to be marketable for peeps who want to store media and data.
Hi all.
Was just wondering about using GLtoSD
And using ROEHSOFT RAM Expander (SWAP)
I'm wondering if I got a 64GB SDHC card class 10 and partitioned it to 32GB x2 the 32GB will be recognised and used by the system, then using the GLtoSD to put tons of games on the other partitioned not loaded in the system? If that's possible? And then use the ROEHSOFT RAM Expander to increase to RAM/Swap space to 4GB or something?
I hope someone understands what I mean? And if anyone has tested it or can test it for me?
Otherwise I'll just get a 32GB sd card,
I don't think a 64GB one works in the Samsung Galaxy Fame anyway, 6810p

i recommend u to use "Folder Mount" , it can mount unlimited datas/obbs and even any folder u want, some or most of the Gameloft games uses sdcard/gameloft/games/ folder for game data than using sdcard Android/obb or data,
i'm using foldermount for now and its so good u can't complain about it, its just perfect
and about roesoft ram expander, i tried it but don't work i guess, maybe i did something wrong, i tried to play "Max Steel" which require higher ram than fame has, and i created 1 gb of saw with roesoft ram expander, but no luck, game steel don't play

Any idea about using bigger SD cards? I have an 8GB atm it's only class 4 (tweaked) but thinking of upgrading to the most it can handle, preferably 64GB?
I just installed FIFA 14 and NFS both on GLtoSD and they both work fine, with the occasional lagg ha!
~Bump~
~bump~
i think you can use 16 gb or 32 gb with class med( idk now really about all class about sd card, but i think ,medium end is enough)
Hello. How to increase RAM to 4-6 GB? Who can become a donor?
Sorry for my English. My Google Translate Assistant
You can't magically "increase" your hardware RAM to 4 or 6GB, but instead you can set a virtual ram environment using internal storage, which helps the hardware RAM to not force close any background apps due to no ram available, install this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.allakore.swapnoroot&hl=pt_BR&gl=US) and set the space that you want to reserve for RAM swapping, you can even do it without root.
Thnx)
Unfortunately, software magnification does not solve the problem. I wonder if I can raise my memory mechanically
I know it's possible. On other devices

Hello, I installed the application in the link you gave. But I couldn't create partition for swap space. It gives an error. Is there any other method to improve the ram of my device
