I have just bought a new unlocked XDA IIS . I have three questions regarding that ...
1. I would be upgrading the rom to the latest version. Will upgrading the rom lock the phone or will it stay unlocked.
2. Which is the best rom to upgrade to. I read someehere its the Asian Rom.

I am new to this XDA-DEVELOPERS forum hence don't know whether posting comment over here is correct or not. [Advice in case]
I am having HTC Desire HD on 2.3.3 which is SIM LOCKED on Softbank. I wish to know if there is any method to UNLOCK the phone without downgrading to Froyo [Android 2.2]
If anyone knows a good link on this site, please let me know.

Kindly accept my apology in advance if my question sounds stupid. I have Samsung galaxy Note II (N7105) with andriod jellybeans 4.3 (official) . I tried to install custom rom (DN3) but wasn't sucessfull. As there is no rom installed in my cell phone now, it is only showing the startup screen of note 2. Now I want to install back my original rom but dont know how to install again. I tried to download the firmware from the sammobile but i dont know the baseband version of my cell phone. I only knows its model number (i mentioned above) and this cell phone is manufactured in Vietnam and I purchased this phone in New Zealand. Kindly help me out. waiting for your prompt and positive reply.
