Hi there! Please help me! I´m new in this thing... I bought an Unlocked Samsung Captivate Glide from at&t... The problem is that it comes with Android 2.3.6 and I want to update it to Android 4... If I do so will it get locked again?? Or will it be safe? Thanks a lot!!!

I am from India and I recently bought a Factory Unlocked AT&T Galaxy Note 4 online (The phone is from US). It has Kitkat on it and I dont think I can get Lollipop over OTA for my phone. I found a link to download N910AUCU1COC4, So my question is can I go ahead and flash my phone with this firmware?
I just want to make sure it will not cause any problem likes phone getting locked again or something? (This would really suck )
I will really appreciate your help guys.
