Hi everyone,
I have some issues with apps have moved to extsd. When I move an app, let's say Viber, which is auto-startup to extsd the particular app won't start automatically after restarting my device anymore unless I move it back to internal storage again! No gray icon issue and they work perfectly except the issue I just mentioned.
By the way, I'm using Android 4.3 on Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
Is there anyone else who has faced this issue? Is there any solution for it?
Thanks

Not all apps work from extSD.... why are you moving viber? viber runs all the time to receive messages, this was not intended for apps like viber but for large games....

Hi all,
I've done a search on this and can't seem to find any advice that fixes this problem.
After a few hours after restarting the phone, GMAIL does not automatically download my emails from GMAIL. I have tried clearing the gmail data but this only works for a brief period of time.
Does anyone know how to fix this??
Thanks
I had the same problem. The last.l thing I installed was earth. I installed it (after a lot of other try outs as clearing cache) and as a charm it worked again. As it looked like all the.programs I installed was over the size from the internal memory even if I moved it to the SD card and there was enough internal memory free.

Okay so the phone is my dad's and it had been working fine for more than a year. But recently some apps have gone missing and I am unable to install them. Especially apps like Tango and Viber. I go to play store, install them, they start installing but never really complete. If you install via web through play store, they show up as installed for a while but then disappear. What could be the possible cause of this problem?
Enough space in phone's memory?
Heya all,
I have this issue with the stock samsung browser and email apps on my ace 2, running jelly bean, where it sometimes completely freezes up and then closes itself without giving any message about it (as in no message saying "com.android.secbrowser has stopped working" or anything like that.)
This happens incidentally only, but when it does happen for a webpage or e-mail, it will happen for that page or e-mail every time i retry.
I have tried many things and found that in both the email and browser apps this has to do with the downloading of images. Since turning that off in their settings removes the problem for both apps and then manually downloading images will cause the crash again.
Has anyone else got this problem? or does anyone have an idea on how to resolve it?
Perhas any apps/permissions/libs needed to make it work?
Need help on this one, as it's annoying, and I like both apps too much to give up on em and switch to market variants over it.
Hi all,
Since yesterday, my Viber constantly crashes. It openes for like 2-3 seconds, and then it force closes.
So far, I've tried restarting the phone, moving app to SD card, uninstalling and installing, downgrading to previous version, but no luck.
So I'm running latest Viber app, there are also no software updates for ROM (I'm running original ROM, phone is not rooted.)
When I go to running apps in developer options, it just says restarting, 0 processes and 2 services (voipService and AccountAuthenticatorService).
Also, when I go to settings, where is no Viber account to sync, I try to add it, but the account is not there.
I did not install any new apps recently.
I've created issue for Viber support, but honestly it looks that they are reaaaaly slow.
Does anybody have any idea, what is causing this, and how to fix it?
Thx,
Predrag
Howdy!
I have been generally happy with S22; however, there is one small persistent problem I am facing every day. I use the Gmail app a lot, and every day I write emails and keep them in my draft folder to continue writing/modifying at a later time.
When I access draft versions of my email in my draft folder, my Gmail keeps making my screen freeze or crash. I used to use a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and I never had this issue. And to my best, I kept the setup identical between the two phones.
While troubleshooting, I went in the safe mode, and there is no lagging, screen freezing, or crashing occurring with the Gmail app. This probably tells me it's the system components Samsung or I added that is causing this issue.
I'd appreciate it if anyone has an idea as to resolve this issue.
Thanks!

If the issue is not happening in safe mode then that indicates it's likely caused by 3rd party apps or a setting that was set by either you or an app (very likely 3rd party app).
Reproduce the issue or when it happens again, submit error report to samsung members app > get help > error report.
Samsung engineers will be able to look into and help with figuring out what is causing this issue.
My guess is that it's Google's issue.
I had problemas with Deezer, whatsapp and photo editor. All of them freeze and then crash when accessing the same functionality. Reinstalling apps solved the problem. Very strange.

Try to clear Gmail data and cache, uninstall update and then update Gmail again. It works for me with Samsung photo editor
