The title says it all, I for one actually like custom skins on android devices it gives it a little more character
Anyone know of any ROMs or posts that have any of these things ?
Many thanks

Why would you want or like the Hooterville bloat the manufacturers and their ugly skins add to Android? But sadly there are a few ROMs out there that are still Sense/Touchwiz/ etc

Hi guys, does anyome know of any MIUI roms where the themes work fully on GNEX? For example the white and orange themes is cvahnged as well as the icons. I have tried loads of themes and none seem to do this. I know that its hard because of the GNEX screen size but still... Any ideas anyone? cheers

Its probably that the themes are meant for the older versions of MIUI if I had to guess.
Everything is changed. New SMS. New most of the things. That's why some don't apply.

Its a pity MIUI on Galaxy S worked so well. I guess thats the price we pay for having such a hi res screen.
Is there any way to get the mobile ics interface on the fire instead of the tablet ui ? Kinda like the nexus 7? Since the device is so small, I think it would benefit many users if we also had a rom that gave the nexus style ui.

Glazed Mods has a Phone UI mod.
is the mod implemented into the downloaded zip? I cannot find a separate mod file in the thread. Also, are there any screenshots of the glazed phone ui anywhere?\
edit: i read op again and it seems that it is implemented into rom.

Erm... Not really what I'm looking for. What I'm asking is is there a way to get navigation buttons big at the bottom like the galaxy nexus and nexus 7? As well as have mobile version of apex/trebuchet?

That's part of Jellybean. You will have to wait till we get a jellybean Rom.

So I was using MarkPython's ICS ROM with small apps, and I fell in love with them, they were amazing little apps. But I did miss the themeing amongst other things that is with CM9.
How would one achieve of getting small apps onto CM9?

Imo it is impossible to get small apps to work on CM9 because the frameworks are different.
So I'm currently running the newest Jedi rom. But for Christmas my sister and I bought my father the Xperia TL and through setting it up and getting it ready to give it to him on Christmas Day I realized how seriously awesome and fluid the ui is. The lock screen is super smooth and notifications come on it looking clean, the messaging app is great and the overall look and feel makes me feel like, when looking at my note's tw ui and even using nova launcher, like I'm using a kid's toy and the real deal is over on the xperia.
So tl;dr does anyone know of a way to get the xperia interface or look running on a note 2?
I realize one option would need a whole rom and a lot of work to get it working with S Pen functionality and etc, but are there any options that I haven't thought of? I'm nothing more than a guy who learned to flash roms so me taking on a project like that is little more than impossible. Just wondering if anyone else feels the same way or has accomplished what I'm setting up for.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a Galaxy S4 stock keyboard for CyanogenMod.
I love the stock keyboard in CyanogenMod but I like the idea of numbers above the top row of the keyboard.

same for me!
Well I've looked into this problem and I have learnt that it's not possible because CyanogenMod does not contain the same framework as the Samsung Roms. It looks like you either run a Samsung Rom or buy a keyboard app that can be styled and modified to look like the Samsung Keyboard.
