Can't get past boost screen!

I tried to install CarbonRom JB 4.2.1 found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2136995 but after install and reboot the screen flickered at the first boot screen and wouldnt go on. I had been running omega v11 before just fine, I tried to go back to omega and new it is stuck at the boot screen and can not go past. I can get into download mode and recovery just fine, but nothing after that.
What should I do? I do not want to press on and cause further damage before I can find a fix! Thanks in advance for a timely response.
p.s. meant boot screen not boost screen in title
Do you have a complete version of Omega on your sd card? Have you tried wiping, installing, and THEN restoring Omega. You may have a problematic version of CWM, which has had issues with both Aroma and CM10.1 variously.
I have the same version worked the first time (922mb). I tried a rom wipe then install but do not have a backup of omega just my stock rom. I am also running teamwin recovery not cwm. Would going back to a stock rom correct this?
reverting back to a stock rom seems to of fixed it. Thanks Ben for your help!
You should have done a data wipe.

I did, unfortunately I guess my phone just rejected the rom switched over to slimbean with no errors. :victory:
Glad you're back on track, dude. It's always a little bit scary when you don't have a functioning ROM installed.

[Q] E980 Stuck in Boot Loop

I have an ATT LG Optimus G Pro. I rooted it and insalled CWM and preformed a backup with it. After that I tried flashing a port of CM 10.1 to my phone. Something went wrong and when I tried rebooting the phone it got stuck in the boot loop, all I get is the LG screen and then a blank screen and the led just changes colors. So I tried getting to the recovery, but instead I got a screen telling me if I wanted to preform a system reset, so I obliged thinking it would take me to the recovery, it didn't. My question is if I can get to the recovery, and if how? I know this might not be a real possibility. And if I can't, how do I unbrick my phone?
ps sorry for the noob question
thanks

There you go. You might well. Also whenever you install the CM10.1 port it'll take a longer time to boot up.

Can I put my phone into download mode even when it won't boot, and is there a way I can access the recovery from the boot screen?
You literally have no choice but to go to download mode. You should be able to as long as that partition wasn't forked.

[Q] Phone stuck at boot

Hi, I've been using cyanogenmod for awhile know and periodically will update to the newest nightly version. I had updated the the newest one today and was having some small errors so I decided to go back to a previous version. After choosing the version it restarted but got stuck at the boot screen with the spinning circle. I tried clearing the cache and even did a factory wipe which didn't work. Not sure what to do if anyone can help that would be great.
Have you tried reflashing? Don't need to wipe.

you can try formatting system partition and than flash cm rom without gapps or anything else.

Phone booting to TWRP after new rom.

I have an LGG3 D855 and after flashing the new cm 14.1 it wont boot to system... I have tired restoring a back up and the old system and different systems and stock roms but nothing is working.
Hi why dont you flash back to stock http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089 then go back and root it this happened to me about a mth ago to and the ToT method was the only one that worked. Hope this helps ?
