Depends, what carrier are you on? If you're on Sprint use GB27, Boost is GC01, and Virgin Mobile is GB28. Follow the instructions in the first post and you should be fine.

You shouldn't need to, it is the stock ROM for your phone everything should work. Try a different USB cable and make sure the Samsung Driver suite is installed
You can also try flashing the latest Project X v3.9

Did you flash to Boost using a donor phone? Or is it the E4GT from Boost?
I really think something got screwed up when you replaced the digitizer cuz ice never heard of any of these issues after Odining Stock, actually never heard of them at all.

Bare with me ....Not sure what you mean by donor phone...this phone is a original phone i purchased from boost...no other phone or esn have been modified...Only thing ive done was root and custom rom...and in that process somehow erased everything...so iam guessing i need to put all info back somehow...so the activation process can start...if that makes since...thank for your patients..
OK so since you seem to be having problems with Odin, try flashing this-http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2223305

Ok ..you must off missed one of my post....but i got stock flashed back on phone with odin..after several attemps..and used different usb port...but my only problem now is that iam still missing all phone data,,,imei..radio off..msl not working...i know what my imei no is..and msl..but is there away to get it back on the phone...dont have any nandroid backups...kinda did some searching on this...i tried using GSII repair..to bring back that folder thats holds all that info..but that was a no go...tried to find some kind of imei restore program...no luck finding one...really dont know wht to do next.....
Well since you don't have any of Boost info you're Odin flash didn't go right I'm guessing.

Long story short I bought a SGH-I747 off of ebay and I was just going to look up my IMEI to unlock it and nothing showed up, so I went into the settings manually and it says unknown under IMEI...Of course the seller made no mention of this on the auction page.
Dont know whats wrong but it looks like something may have gone wrong while he was rooting it. I dont want to go through the trouble of shipping it back to him so I'm hoping this can be fixed I took some screenshots of which kernel hes using...Any help would be appreciated lt me know if you need more info

Yes it's possible to fix. Take out the battery and get the IMEI number on the sticker, then follow the IMEI injection steps in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801997
I backed up my IMEI following other steps in that thread no problem, so the injection steps should work.
Good luck!
Flash a different modem. It might be a Canadian sgs3 and he flashed an att modem. Try flashing a Canadian 747m modem and an att normal 747 modem and see if it restores it.

Yes, flash an AT&T modem first. You can find them all here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831898
If that doesn't work, try to use Odin to restore to stock. There's a thread on that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1739426
And if that doesn't work, then try the thread on IMEI injection. As far as safe goes, about the worst thing that could happen is you lose your IMEI. And if you made it to this point, then that's already happened.
Just my 2 cents worth.

So i paid samsung to replace it.. well of course they wiped the phone and i figured no biggie ill just reset the settings for metro and nothing!
lol ive tried dang near every driver and i get this error where it tells me that windows has found the driver for my device but not for my platform..
and in device manager it shows 2 things related to the note.. usb modem and one other thing but they both have a little ! mark.. and when i check the propertys on them it tells me the driver was not istalled..
so what to do? I paid the 50 for the personel version of cdma tools and DFS.. and I cant use it..

Where you running a different ROM before 4.3 rooted? Rebooting can be caused by several things like dirty flashing or not wiping correctly.

The only true way to fix this is to learn to pull a logcat. Then get the dev to see if he can figure out what's going on. Since its a rebooting issue, logcat apps are useless. You have to use ADB from a computer, and issue commands so the computer will record logcats throughout the rebooting process. I would try a clean wipe, fresh install 1st.

Unfortunatelly I still face the: "Selected Network (Digi.Mobil) not available" I'm wondering what else could I do? Btw my imei is: 004999010640000/01, found a post on xda that this is some kind of a generic imei. Do you have any idea?
Thanks!
Do you have a back up of the efs folder? Do you know the original IMEI?

Unfortunately no backup and my original motherboard was replaced about a year ago, and from then on I don't know the exact IMEI.
If you had the original IMEI, you could take it to a cell repair shop to change back to the original imei.
Not sure how to fix the issue since you don't have a EFS backup.

Oh wait, I still have the original IMEI on the box that came with my note 2 when I bought it. Is it possible to use that IMEI for the refurbished mainboard?
Thanks!
I was referring to the imei for the refurbished motherboard.
