I made the mistake of not checking those before flashing a new rom and it seems my performance is not as good now as it was. But then again, I am not testing on the same place.

You are in the wrong forum.
There is a T Mobile S4 forum and a Verizon S4 forum that are both probably more suited to have other users who can assist you. This is for the inernational version of the S4 which doesn't cater to the CDMA Verizon device or T Mobile settings.
I'd try the T Mobile one first since it's the network you are trying to register the device on.
But before you make a new thread on another forum, try to use the T Mobile IPV6 APN instead of the IPV4 and see if that helps.
EDIT: I just saw that you had already posted this in teh correct forum 2 hours earlier then felt the need to make a new thread here in the wrong forum to post it again.
Please don't do that.
Hey guys I have a rooted m8 for T-mobile, lately sms messages have not been sending, my phone says that the text sent however the person will not ever receive the text. This happens with multiple ppl. It's not my sms app as I have tried multiple apps. I have tried re flashing Rom and wiping and trying new roms. So I'm thinking it could be my apn. I'm having no other issues, Internet is fine, calls are fine, just texts. I changed my settings to:
Name: T-mobile US LTE
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
Username: not set
Password: not set
Server: not set
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS proxy: not set
MMS port: not set
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
Authentication type: not set
APN type: default,supl,mms,hipri,dun
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
Bearer: unspecified
MVNO type: none
MVNO value: not set
I'm going to try this out and see if this works. I looked up apn setting, however every link I clicked were different apn settings. There were tons of different variations, so idk which I should go with. Any help would be appreciated!
I got the native Hotspot working on gsm-unlocked RAZR M with Straighttalk/ATT sim!
(Not sure if this has already been posted, but I struggled with this for awhile, so I wanted to share).
It would always fail, and tell me to activate this feature call ATT.
All I had to do was edit the APN settings to include "dun"...and boom, it worked!
My APN settings:
Name: straight talk
APN: tfdata
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
Username: not set
Password: not set
Server: not set
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS proxy: mm3.tracfone.com
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication type: None
APN type: default, admin, fota, mms, hipri, dun (and no spaces after commas)
APN protocal: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: none
As the title suggests I am unable to send MMS using T-Mobile service.
Data works
receiving mms works
SMS works
Calling works
APN settings
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
apn type: default,supl,mms
apn protocol: ipv4/ipv6
apn roaming protocol: ipv4
FIXED:
I have done a master reset while typing this and this resolved my issue.
The only difference in my settings is that MMSC is not set in the default APN settings and the apn type does not have MMS in it either
