Just wondering what does that mean? I see it every reboot with the samsung logo. I don't have a Sim card in mine yet since i just got the phone. I see this with 2 different aftermarket rom but not when it was stock.

I was running SkyRaider 3.2 and I tried flashing 3.3 with my new Kingston 32 GB card in and nothing would flash. I think it was the card... I ended up putting my 2 GB in and flashed PB31IMG.zip downgrade, which I'm thinking was a mistake, because now when I boot up it goes straight to bootloader and I have no recovery. It just shows the red triangle with the exclamation mark. Is my phone fully bricked, can I fix it or should I just claim warranty on it?
Ran PB31IMG.zip a second time and it worked...
Red Triangle with exclamation is the stock recovery.
Hi,
I tried to install new CyanogenMod and somehow I deleted everything, then I did something and kindle just stopped working on yellow triangle. Then I used Kindle Fire Unbrick Utility and tried everything, nothing helped. But when I clicked on button "other" in KFUU, device was restarted and when yellow triangle appears, it was restarted again and again. So now when I try to turn on, it is restarted repeatedly after few seconds when yellow triangle appears. My PC can't recognize device, because I can't even boot into TWRP. And one other thing - it's working only with cable plugged in.
Can anybody help me please? Any solution...
do you have fastboot?

I bought a new phone plan in Europe. I am trying to transfer my old number. I had the new SIM in the phone, and it didn't respond to the old number. I booted off the phone, inserted the old SIM, and booted the phone. The touch screen got stuck at the SIM unlock screen (Where I input my password for the SIM). It was completely unresponsive. I took out the battery. Since then the phone won't boot. I get the google logo with the unlocked image and then it just goes black. I can boot into recovery, but I don't know how to find what's wrong. I haven't backed up my phone in a couple weeks, so I'd prefer not to restore, but that might be necessary I guess. Does anybody have any ideas? It was working fine before this happened.
I'm running the Vanir Mod and Kernel on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
Update: I just tried to reboot the phone from recovery, it asked me if i wanted to fix root permissions. I slid the bar for yes. Now I can't even boot into recovery anymore!
By the way, it doesn't make a difference if I have my old or new SIM card in.
Update: I cannot access the phone when connected via USB. In the device manager I see Galaxy Nexus under portable devices with the exclamation mark on the yellow triangle.

Don't know what you mean by "my normal recovery" but the red triangle is stock recovery, press vol up and power to bring up stock recovery option menu.
If you talking about custom recovery, like TWRP, that would have been removed by HTC during the repair. You need to unlock the bootloader, and flash TWRP back to the phone.
Did the phone ever work when you got it back from HTC? Or was your first time powering it on, with the SD card inserted?
For the RUU, make sure HTC drivers are installed, try a different USB port and different cable. Win7 and USB 2.0 have the best compatibility with RUU.
I recently downloaded a software update while it was updating it showed a upside down triangle with an exclamation mark. Everytime it boots to the HTC logo then the screen goes black and goes back to the exclamation. When I try to go into the recovery screen it takes me back to the exclamation. Please advise me on what to do.
