With DN3 v3 you don't go wrong.
You are good to go for the rom as long as you follow the flashing method properly by the authors.
Have fun.
Did you do a full wipe? According to the comments on the users in Dr Ketan's thread installing the ROM without doing a full wipe has shown to cause problems, Also there is a fix for the sCloud FC problem. Please see post #3 in Dr Ketan's thread.

Always there three wipes before any flash.
DN3 v3 same rule.
No fc.
No reboots.
Rock solid.
Everyday usage.
Only a small issue: Touchwiz crashes and freezes Note2 if Google Earth is launched in a window thru Multiwindow bar and then closed.

I agree that DN3 is very good but some times it will be very slow to open screens like contacts , gallery , back button and when incoming call it will too too too slow to show the calling number.

Hello! I using DN3 firmware and it very good, but I want use SecLauncher2.apk instead SecLauncher4.apk. Is it really? It's allright with DN3 v.3.1! I'm have new question. When I turn on Poweramp with MusicFx, sound is very loudy and dirty. What I may do with it?

I'm on DN3 v3 and smart scroll working nice but Smart pause not working...
try @dr.ketan ROM. I did the same as you did and right now i am using this ROM as my daily driver. JUST wipe cache, dalvik, system, everything before flashing. I tried DN3 and it gives a lot of force close messages. In functionality both are approximately same.
Let me know if you find it good enough or you run into some issues.

For smart pause to work on stock player you have to be in a well lit environment or try it during day time. :good:

But i m facing lots problems like when i phone was lock...after i want to unlock my phone its showing only black screen then i have to restart my phone and my battery drain in 3 hours after using v5.2 and i thought v5.1 is more stable then 5.2 and i m facing very lags on touchwiz and i feel better performance on google now launcher......thats i need to go different rom....so please suggest me the best rom. thanku

There are many users who had complained about APN issue in this ROM from v.4.5.1 upwards. CosmicCM v4.5 downwards doesn't have this issue, U can use v4.5 until k2wl finds a fix for APN issue.

My favorite ROM was CosmicCM until this APN issue came up. Those who don't have the issue are using WIFI or using only one SIM. If you can wait for this to be fixed by the ever-dependable k2wl, temporarily switch to the 4.5 version DISABLE DUAL SIM if you can live with it. I am sure the solution will arrive soon

is there any way to update 4.7 cosmic cm to 4.7.1 without deleting or wiping up the phone as the cm11 rom always provide a delta zip to update to a new version without wipe.

Never Do that unless its mention in OP of Rom and in Cosmic if you are on cosmic before that u can flash over it new update but if you are from other ROM then Data wipe/factory reset , Dalvic cache wipe , wiping cache partition is required ...

After you start the tablet, wait for a couple of sec, you'd be greeted by nothing but a black screen.
You could tap the power on button twice to get it to work, but you'd only see the status bar, nothing else.
Sometimes tapping the back button and menu button randomly could get the Samsung setup wizard out, but even the wizard appears to be buggy.
First being during the Wi-Fi setup, when you're prompted to type in the Wi-Fi password, the keyboard would pop-up for a brief second and then go off again, making it impossible to type in anything.
Second is even if you skip all those, alright, the system appears to be working, the system, mobile data, yeah, those are fine.
However, the glitchiness continues, the power menu sometimes appears to be invisible, some of the pop-up option menu appears to be invisible, installing a third-party keyboard the UI element does not work properly either.
Also, the tablet hung up after installing some APKs through ADB, the status bar became distorted, I suspect that to be a system UI issue too.
All in all, all the rendered UI element appears to be buggy. That's the only thing that needs to be fixed.

Hello, i just flashed your ROM (v2) using latest CWM and according to your install instructions.
I am reporting that these problems (black screen during setup wizard, nonfunctional keyboard) also happened to me.
The ROM is therefore unusable, i cannot continue in further testing...

I discovered a fix quite a while ago. Unfortuneately, you must flash the stock 4.4 ROM image with Odin first, and then flash the recovery, AND THEN flash this ROM. Very tedious, and I wouldn't suggest using this one anyways. The other "Stock, deoxed" ROM that's on this subforum is somewhat better.
Nope nothing wrong with this ROM it is good esp when you flashed it with the latest Wolf Kernel.
Might be your firmware is coming from a diff region.

Which version are you on? Have you updated Google play services. Restart, try connecting again. Otherwise remove Google account from settings, restart and add the account again.

The only files deleted in v3 is stock exchange and email and included Gmail exchange. Should not cause this issue. I have myself updated all apps from playstore.

Dunno what is the issue V2 works with no problem at all but with V3 cant synch properly and clicking on Google Search it freezes and forced closed.
Now back to V2 still good for me, might be that Egypt FW does not fancy Malaysia based :banghead:

Have you tried clean install. Would suggest you backup, clear cache, dalvik, format /system and flash. Meanwhile Spain firmware NJ3 is out. Am trying to download from sammobile but just stops in between. Will try to get it today.

Sorry you will have to try it yourself cause I do not use it myself. If stock rom could not help you, then I doubt this will.

Please make sure you are on latest recovery. Also if you were on JB, flash stock Kk rom first, root, install recovery, flash my rom

-wipe Dalvik cache
-complete wipe (reset the phone)
-Install the ROM
-install the Gapps
thats it you are done.
The Rom has many features than cm12
this is about ur ROM .
I have just gone through ur rom.its amazing n smooth too.I love ur ROM but can u please built ur next build with dual sim enable please...and sir when we enable navigation bar the settings gets crashed. N these kind of bugs i have faced when i was doing customization u have provided in the build and I have done the same as u have told to do for the installation. Fully wiped.

Lollipop is new, we are lucky to have even 1 rom for our grand.
So stop asking for features since they will be added as time passes by. Performance will also increase in due time.

I meant we are lucky to have lollipop roms, be it one or many.
Our lollipop are built from source. Our devs don't add features of their own. When the source is updated, our ROMs will be updated. So you can estimate yourself when the next build will be available.

Gallery Get's crashed and does not let upload pictures from any application

The gallery app is getting crashed as soon as i open the app and while browsing pictures it says "unfortunately android.process.media has stopped" and force me to FC or it hangs. it has the same problem with even google+ photo gallery app too.
it is also not showing pictures. (screenshot attached).
if iam using any other galley application it works fine.
i have attached the logcat and also screenshots showing the problem. please help.

I'm loving 5.0.2, but the keymapping changes (ie long-press home now goes to Google, and recents have been mapped to the menu button) has ....annoyed me, so I made a quick fix to revert functionality.
Unfortunately this is the only way to affect long press actions since we dont yet have xposed for ART, and it requires a framework mod.
It goes without saying that this is just for TW 5.0.2, and needs to be flashed in recovery.
This is awesome. This is the only thing that was stopping me from going to a 5.02 rom.

It doesn't work for me. It causes an infinite "Unfortunately, nfc services has stopped" message that won't go away no matter how many times I click OK, nor will it go away after a battery pull and restart. DomPop v.3. Any advice? It worked for me all the way up to v0.4 but not after. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you for your work ??

It does not work. NFC errors even in safe mode. Renders phone useless until completely reloading from backup or clean rom.

Try wiping data and cache after install. I'm going to give this a try after I get off work.

It does work for the Note 3 port roms, just not for the Note 4 port roms. The OP probably just didn't know that. Please be kind, rewind (I tried to do that but I couldn't find the rewind button on my dvd player ?).
