Post your antutu and other benchmarks scores. - LG Optimus G Pro

Here is my antutu score. Its less than Galaxy S4 which has same CPU as OGP. It is because of software optimisations?

Edit: I'm running CM10.2 M1.

It's just little tweaks here and there, see here is mine which blows the gs4 out of the water.

Is that OGP? If it is then Why does antutu recognize it as N5?
Sent from my LG-E980 using xda app-developers app

Yea it is, but for some reason it s shows up as a nexus 5 sometimes.

Mine does that also.

Awesome score :good:
would you please share your tweaks with us?

Stock ROM stock Kernel no optimizations.... decent score
Maybe we can share detailed scoresand then optimize parts to score higher... e. g. if someone is getting some gain in 2D performance he can share his additions/tweaks

Sorry but I should have pointed out that this was with a custom kernel running carbon 4.3.1 but now I'm running a different setup so can't really remember how I got that score. I will see what I can find on a old backup.

Wow. I have used most of the custom rom, and yet to have score above high 26k's. In fact, I found that most of the custom rom are slower than stock (on benchmark).
What CM build did you use? And phone version? I am using an E988

Here's my geekbench 3 score.. Blows Galaxy S4 and HTC One out of water.

I am stock rooted with ALL Att and most LG bloat uninstalled. I run consistently with 1.2 gb free Ram. All that and I still only get 15000 on the newest version of ANTUTU
And I thought it was running pretty nice and smooth?
Edit... I restarted and ran again. getting 25,500 now. Not sure what was going on?

I love the fact that everyone is pushing out AOSP ROMs fact. Any stock FONT fix? or make build without Font/Themed. Otherwise like you said its stock, which is great
what happened to this thread? is the OP still uploading? is this a deodexed rom or odexed?

LOL building a complete ROM to change the font and kernel...kinda like buying a 747 for free peanuts. Just sayin.

Dunno, for me the only one that was GOOD on jellybean was the stock one, on ICS franco's was my default.
I love the font.
I, for one, think the font looks great.
If i have 4.1.1 this rom needs only wipe cache and dalvik cache?

Smoothest JB rom?

Hi!
I wonder which JB rom i should choose if i prefer smoothness before functions?
There are only twofunctions that i really want. First of all a T9 dialer is a requirement, I also want to change the Navbar hight so that the buttons get smaller.
Wich rom should i choose?
Thank you in advance!
Mincos was very smooth while I was using it but I found that the battery life wasn't that good. This was on v3 but test yourself
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Wich one are you using now?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Stock. I'm all about battery life, stock + trinity is not bad in terms of smoothness. I'm still testing the battery life but so far it seems aokp + trinity is better.
Will report back later

Yes.
Like I always say, just go with stock if you want smoothest ROM. If you want more customization and such, that's where custom ROMs come in.
I also found that all the kernels that I've used (Stock, Air, Franco, Trinity, Popcorn) has about same battery life with some tweaks, such as undervolting, underclocking and such.

I love the extra options a custom kernel 'unlocks' though. As for the battery life, so far I haven't seen much (if any) difference between franco's kernel and stock.
Use AOKP build 1 with milestone 5 as my kernel, and i might say it flows like well butter. Tried Android Revolution Hd and AndroidMe Cm10 and found AOKP the best.

I personally recommend the CM10 Euroskank Jellybro ROM. In combination with the Air Kernel. You have tons of options, extreme smoothness all the time, no random reboots, and absolutely astounding battery life.

Rasbean Jelly ROM with Trinity Kernel. Best combo ever if you are using a GSM version.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
Both CM10 and AOKP feel the same to me. It's the kernel that makes the big performance differences.
As far as ROMs I like AOKP for the UI features and Franco works well for performance and battery.
Stock for battery and smoothness
i'm currently testing ARHD+FauxKernel so far so good =]
Rocking with BAMF\Milestone5 and loving it :victory:

Help me find a good kernel for jellybam?

I finally got rid of tw and flashed jellybam. The only thing bothering me in the battery life. It's worse than what i had in my s3. I tried using soap and dagr8s kernel. But no luck. Battery falls 10% for less than half hour on screen time with medium use of texting and browsing. What is a good kernel and what are your recommended settings with it , like governor and stuff.
Thanks in advance

I know, but it's jelly bam even supported for our phones anymore? I'm using beanstalk, which is cm based, and I'm getting around 5 hours screen on time.

Google jellybam. They support almost all phones. OK so with cm or aokp or PA. Which kernel is better for battery life
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
Well right now misusing the kernel that comes with beanstalk and I'm getting great battery life. I'm just saying that support for jelly bam in this forum isn't there anymore. That is why I wouldn't use that Rom. There is no thread on here anymore for it. The roms in the original development all get around the same battery life and are all aosp
