Just got it today,
It has velvet surface to avoid scratching Z1
Has stand, you can place it on table when watching video.
Light, not thick!
When it arrives today and my Z1 has only 1% battery left.
I press the power checking button on the battery, it has 2 lights on, which means it has half of power.
I mounted it on Z1, 18mins later, I come back to Z1 and it shows there is 11% of battery. Good!
The charging speed is not bad.
I think I will put it into my backpack when I was going out, mount it on again when Z1 is hungry for power
Thank you very much for your info!

Can you charge it while its on he phone? Does it charge the phone while your charging the battery pack? The website says something about not charging them at the same time. I also assume this pack is not waterproof

Hello everyone,
Its me again, I have just ordered a keyboard called Compact Bluetooth Keyboard from chinavasion. It is the first keyboard I have ever bought for a Smartphone. One of the reasons was since the size of the galaxy S2 is so compact, it would be possible to attach an external keyboard with it using a swivel, or sliding mechanism.
Now I need feedback from all of you guys and would like you to come up with every possible alternative that can be opted for turning our Galaxy SII into a sliding keyboard. I did come across range of other Keypads, but they are all geared towards the Iphone. So in vain I would like you guys to suggest me if it is possible to attach an external keypad on it.
PS: I would like to emphasis on any user who is from China or any other asian countries where there is a lump market for this keyboard, if you see upon or know any manufacturer who makes a similar or modified device to post thier links here.
Anyways here is the link to the keypad i bought ::::::::::

+1 on this. Start searching for that.

Well I am interested in getting something like a swivel that j can connect between the phone and the keyboard. Thus making it somewhat rotatory mechanism.

I'm interested... Compact bluetooth keyboards are handy especially if they are cheap and work well. Add to this the MHL cable and bluetooth mouse gets you an emergency presentation kit.
Can always just link it to my PS3 too...

has any of you guys found any docks or extension plugs to hold the phone and the keyboard together ?
Exactly the type of KB I am after, so I'll be waiting for the review .
As for mounting it to the phone I would have thought that you could do something with a hard case, some thin metal strips and epoxy glue would give you a mounting system for typing on...
I cant wait to find out how much battery power this thing uses.

I can't imagine mounting it to be pragmatic what so ever. Definatily possibl with fibreglass or polyurithane(sp?) Maybe he knows an automotive bodyman who can help him out.
I suppose battery life is the same as regular bluetooth connection right? And the device itself should last a while. Pretty neat gadget. I could really see myself using it on a tablet. If only I had one
EDIT: Fixed retarded statement.

Ok but how about recharging in the time of using HDMI and playing some real games (NOVA3, MAxPayne ...) , it uses 11pins so it actually recharges phone while using or battery power drops ?
I'll have a check when I get home if it charges it I'm sure it does I'll also try some games and post a video

Using the official cable and watching (streaming via wifi) video it stays about the same or goes down a point or two. Gaming should be something similar.

I have an mhl cable from my S2. I only used it once and then had the problem of random car mode activation for a few weeks after. Thankfully this sorted itself out and may not have been related to the cable. I was close to returning the phone at one point.
Would this cable work on the S3?

I purchased the iBlason and while I'm quite happy with it, I'm curious about the charge rate on the LimeFuel.
Please tell us how long it takes to charge with the phone in standby.
Was thinking of buying this, but know I'll wait to see what you think about this, please post pics also
Hopefully its turn's out good . It was a little steep in price but if i get triple battery life it will be worth it.

What percentage were you at when you started charging with the iBlason and what percentage do you end at?
How long did it take to get to that point?
What was the usage pattern when the phone was being charged by the case?

In theory with a 500mAh charge rate it should take 4.6 hours to charge a completely dead 2300mAh battery (bad for your battery btw). So far with my phone on standby it's gone from 30% to 52% in 58 minutes (I have the stopwatch running).
In theory I should have a 5160mAh battery combined lol.

Hello!
I've been using the P6 for a while now, and I just LOVE it! But there's one little thing bothering me: I can't take off the back, to, per example, replace the battery. Since I'd love my battery to at least last two full days, I wondered whether there are better batteries available for our P6 and whether it's possible for me to replace it
Sent from my P6-U06 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
are u kiddin 6mm thick and u want more juice...
I'm afraid this is mission impossible. There are no bigger batteries, except the external one, which look like sh*t, and are very strange because of the position of the charging port. I hope with time there will come a lets say 2500mah battery, but who knows...
and for the disassembly you need to first remove to plastik "cover" on the bottom of the phone, it holds the back cover locked in place.
A external battery works great. When I go out I take my external battery with me and it charges my phone back to 100%. I have no idea were i bought it, I will look it up when i am home.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251632830739?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649
bought from aliexpress.com. from the seller who ships out in 3 days. got it today (took just over a week) . it was well packaged but "'v500" was hand written on the box.
I opened the package to find a alcohol wipe, cloth, sticker and the "glass" ... it actually seems more like a thick plastic than glass though.
it was hard to tell that it had the film on the side that gets applied to the tab glass. but it was there. one oval cutout for the front camera and light sensor.
the dimensions are spot on. really good fit. feels much batter than the plastic film I had before. not sure how long it'll last but so far seems like it's worth the $17.xx.
