Any way for unlocking thats!?!
My phone is xperia s.
Sorry for my bad english...
I don't think you can unlock it,and if you want to use fastboot, your device must be sim unlocked
If you cannot turn on your phone, flash a stock firmware using flashtool

I also come from 2011 family (Xperia mini pro),and most of us can unlock our bootloader with testpoint because we know our device build date and we can see our testpoint...try to take a look at your XS and my ion, both cannot open the back cover to see build date and testpoint...sim locked phone cannot use fastboot, and you must unlock it by contacting your phone provider

This had been discussed at length for the ion, search for the thread.
The only option for changing unlockable to yes is by the Sony signature server that has been off line for months.
There is also a thread for tearing down the ion, search for it.
I was hoping for a test point method as well but no joy yet.

It's been buried in the merge, and search through the app sucks. Try searching for it on the website.

For the Ion, If you remove lower back cover there are test points in the slots of plastic. See ion teardown thread for pics
I have no idea how to use them.

It does NOT open the same as top cover.
To remove bottom back cover, not the SIM / sd cover, start at a corner with thin plastic or finger nail, working it open from corner to the slot in middle. Careful if you start in middle it is harder to open.
The test points are in the corner by arrow. If you follow the disassembled pics from this thread, you will see the contacts on the board.

I easily removed my bottom cover with my short finger nail. Don't go for that center recess.
Starting at a corner and then the other corner it comes off easily, at least for me. Finesse, not force is the key.

Well long story short my girlfriend stuck her nano sim from her iPhone 5 into my phone because her battery was dead and needed to call someone or something... and then in her attempts to get it back out she was shoving pieces of paper up into it. And then she just took the little metal piece off that goes over the top. It broke a few of the little pins off but I bent what was left of them up and the taped my sim in, but I am wanting to have a permanent fix for it so I can switch my sim out at any time if need be without having to tape it on there. Plus if I were to want to trade phones with someone on craigslist I wouldn't want to scam them and say everything was working.. HOW DO I FIX IT?

So your girlfriend broke your phone and you're not making her pay to fix it? Wow, you're a hell of a lot nicer than I would have been in that situation. Definitely let us know how it goes.
Temp lock while I read through this
Thread cleaned. Reopen.
Yes, let us know how it goes and post pics of the process, if you can.
I also broke my SIM slot (within a few minutes of unboxing the phone) trying to remove a self-cut SIM card. That didn't go so well, so I had to get it repaired.
Sent it to Samsung and got it fixed for free. They did a pretty good job and it was super fast. Took them under a week.
But yeah, I sure wish I had a good tutorial to guide me through it. I could have done it myself and not wait.
If it doesn't go well, now you know you have the Samsung repair option.
I broke my sim tray on my galaxy Nexus by using a sim adapter. I sent it in to Samsung and they labled it as BER (beyond economic repair), they wouldn't even fix it with me footing the bill. I ended up buying a new phone (GN2). Hopefully you have better luck then I did! That sucks, hope you are able to fix it!

Wow that really sucks.... I'd be beyond furious but you can take the back a loose if you have the proper tools. Get a replacement tray on ebay or Amazon and watch a how to video on YouTube. A tear down and rebuild video to be more specific.

I may get it repairs from Samsung.. What ballpark should I expect to pay for the repair from Samsung?
I am surprised an Apple user, would think that their sim card would work on anything other than their overload SKyne...Apple told them it work on.
My phone is new and shows correct IMEI number. I have not loaded any new ROMs.
But the phone will not recognize the sim card. I have tried T Mobile and AT&T but neither will
show up. What would you advise?
Could be that sim card tray is broken.

Purchased from a retailer? Take it back. Purchased from eBay? Claim for a refund. Purchased from individual? Make sure imei is not black listed. Look at the simple tray. Does it look broken, loose? Is it something that you could see or reseat?
These are the basic guidelines. Good luck

think you need a new flex cable, you can buy one eBay for about £8 but make sure you buy the tool also to open your phone. You will need to try and find someone to open your phone up for you or carefully do it yourself and follow a tut on YouTube as you can mess your phone up even more like I have

To fix this, you need to desolder the USB-port from the mainboard and solder a new onto the mainboard. This is very hard to do if you haven't soldered a lot before, and it requires a lot of flux.
Just replace the mainboard, order a cheap Arc S from ebay with cracked screen and swap the mainboard.
