[Q] Blue text and icons on status bar? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

Hey all,
I have searched through this forum and the web on how to mod the status bar on the S4 on Tmobile. I would like to change text and icons to blue instead of white. I have seen screenshots from users that have posted on other topics but can't find a way to actually change the color.
Anyone have any info how I can get this done? I would like the same style icons though and not ICS or those from the Kitchen.
Thank you!

If you're rooted you can probably use Xposed and Wanam module to change the status bar color.

Thanks for reply. Isn't Xposed a ROM though? I'm trying to do it on a rooted phone with stock rom.
Thanks again

Do a search for Xposed framework

Im just curious as to how to get the coloured icons in the notification area....only the standard ones like wifi signal, phone signal and data etc....as i have flashed many gingerbread roms and was hoping they would change but they still stay stock white/grey (except battery which changed to new gingerbread one

thanks for reply.....but am i being stupid because i cant find where it will replace wifi icon and phone signal....just giving me options for battery , status bar colour and boot splash etc....is there not a more straight forward way of changing wifi signal icon to green like gingerbread...thanks
Check app and theme section. There are many different themes you can apply that will give you the look you need.
Just read carefully as most are ROM specific.

the second page after you change the battery, it asks you what kind of status bar icons you want ..... you get a choice of icons for a black status bar, or ones for a white status bar

[Q] [Request] Black Notification Bar Synergy ROM

I've been searching the forums all afternoon looking for a way to change the notification bar on the synergy ROM to flat black with gingerbread icons. Or even just flat black with stock icons if that isn't possible. Does anyone know how this can be done?
Something similar to this:

Transparent status bar with CM7?

Alright, I just got a hold of CM7 for my Incredible 2 and wanted to know how I can get a 50% transparency status bar. I looked all over, even in that Meizu theme thread (or whatever it's called) and I still can't find out how to do it. Can anybody please give me a quick tutorial? Please?
Bump! SOMEBODY needs to know how to do this...
I would also like to know how.
I mean, I GOT it and everything, but the clock is centered. Rest assured I am restoring a Nandroid right now. I don't want a centered clock.

it isn't a quite tutorial, inverting the status bar mean, that you need to change the .png of the status bar from black to whatever transparency you want, I use paint.net...
then EVERY status bar icon has a black background.. you need to change probably over 100 icons give or take to have it look correct other wise u will have a transparent staus bar with icons that have a black background.
I suggest using the UOT kitchen. much faster. and it should do this MOD for u, I'm not sure I've never used it but people seem to like it.
download the Metamorph app and search for "metamorph darkshade.zip". The darkshade.zip file will theme your notification pulldown for you. You'll have to do a battery pull after applying the theme but afterwards you'll be golden.
I've tried using metamorph but it does do anything for my Inc2 and I'm on CM7. Any help?

[Q] Status/Notification Bar MODDING Help

Hello so I really don't like the status bar look and i wanted to mod it. I see picture of people with costume status bar everywhere but never a tutorial on how to do it. SO I RESEARCH AND TAUGHT MYSELF A LITTLE ABOUT MODDING IT. ANYWAY I WANT TO DO A CUSTOMER BAR FOR Juggernaut RIGHT NOW.
MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE twframework-res. DO I NEED TO MOD IT AT ALL. IF I MOD THE framework-res DO I NEED TO MAKE THE SAME CHANGES TO THE twframework-res
THANK YOU
Notification bar stuff is mostly in systemUI, couple of things in framework-res, twframework I've never had to modify on this phone. I think the tab layout bar's are taken from twframework, but that's about it as far as I've seen.

Not that this is a direct answer to your question but, I think this thread might have the information you are looking for.
I've used zipthemer before and it was a breeze but, it looks like you have the options of tuning your own keys with some of these methods. I used zipthemer to install custom softkeys before but, now I just use the utility included in the new Eclipse JB build 8 to completely customize my navbar. The Eclipse rom is here.

Thank you, but my problem is to change the icons of custom apps in navigation bar.
The icons of standard softkeys are in SystemUI/res/drawable-xhdpi, but I don't see the icons of any application that I insert in navigation bar!

You would change the icon of the app itself from within its apk.

Yes, this is a possibility but my question is clare: I would like to know what is technically the file to edit.
