Not that this is a direct answer to your question but, I think this thread might have the information you are looking for.
I've used zipthemer before and it was a breeze but, it looks like you have the options of tuning your own keys with some of these methods. I used zipthemer to install custom softkeys before but, now I just use the utility included in the new Eclipse JB build 8 to completely customize my navbar. The Eclipse rom is here.

Thank you, but my problem is to change the icons of custom apps in navigation bar.
The icons of standard softkeys are in SystemUI/res/drawable-xhdpi, but I don't see the icons of any application that I insert in navigation bar!

You would change the icon of the app itself from within its apk.
Sent from my AOSP Android 4.1.1 Galaxy Nexus
Yes, this is a possibility but my question is clare: I would like to know what is technically the file to edit.

Hey all,
I have searched through this forum and the web on how to mod the status bar on the S4 on Tmobile. I would like to change text and icons to blue instead of white. I have seen screenshots from users that have posted on other topics but can't find a way to actually change the color.
Anyone have any info how I can get this done? I would like the same style icons though and not ICS or those from the Kitchen.
Thank you!

If you're rooted you can probably use Xposed and Wanam module to change the status bar color.

Thanks for reply. Isn't Xposed a ROM though? I'm trying to do it on a rooted phone with stock rom.
Thanks again
Do a search for Xposed framework
Has anyone figured out a way to change the system status bar font style (clock, battery, notification ticker) for stock 5.0+ ROMs?
Tried ifont, font installer, etc. which were able to change fonts used throughout the system, but all of which leave the status bar font unchanged

Fontster did not change font of statusbar, you must change it manually.
Have a look at this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony-themes-apps/changing-sony-stock-5-0-status-bar-font-t3113196/post60853846#post60853846
I might be wrong but this is how my status bar, notification drawer and quick settings with my font of choice using Fonster. This might be due to my modified systemui. Not sure. [emoji6]

I tried Fontster too, didn't work for me. The only thing that worked was to change Roboto-Medium manually to my desired font

Hello, Guys! I was looking for the option to change the status bar icons from usually One UI to the stock Android status bar, which the Pixel phones have. Currently, my Galaxy S9 is running on Pie.
I do remember, that in Oreo, there was an option to install Substratum + Andromeda + Pixel Theme, and there you have it, the stock android status bar. No more Samsung status bar icons.
If I am not mistaken, method above is not working for the Android Pie. Are there any other options to change One UI status bar to the Pixel ones? Thanks!
You can install Hex Installer. Do a Google search for it and you should be able to find it. There is a Pixel style theme there that allows you to change the status bar icons.
