RESOLVED
I'm hoping not but - I'm stuck on the samsung loading screen after android takes off.
tMobile SG3 t999
What I did:
-----------
- Rooted. Was fine for a few days. Didn't do anything but titanium backups and play around with apps.
- I backed up via CWM when I heard about the 4.1.1
- I setup and used a 4.1.1 rom (first time ever doing a rom). Was fine and I played with it for a couple days.
Everything was fine with the phone but had problems with visual voice mail and some other stuff like tmobile account manager etc. Decided to go back to stock and wait for OTA 4.1.1
- I flashed the latest factory firmware ( T999UVALH2_T999TMBALH2_T999UVALH2_HOME.tar.md5 ) about 1 gig
The problem:
-----------
- I do see the tmobile/droid logo. After droid takes off in boot sequence, it goes to the samsung logo with blue swirl animation and there it sits. White samsung logo with blue glow fading in and out on a black screen while the blue indicator light is always on.
- I can see device and serial in ToolKit
- I can get to Odin Download
- I can NOT see it on my PC anymore
- Because I can't see t999 on PC I can't copy my CWM backup to it so that I can restore in recovery mode
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!
Flash stock kernel. You can find it in dev section.

Thanks for responding.
I was just logging in to say I got it. That big 1g file was teh stock kernal but I read on another board that I also had to wipe and clear cache afterwards. I did that and now, after 8 hours and a couple sweats, I'm back to norm.
Yea man these things can give you a nightmare. AS long as you follow directions you'll be fine.

Hello,
Since I updated my One X to JB, the camera flash whenever i lock the screen turns itself on randomly?
Any ideas what this could be?
I rooted the phone and I'm using a custom rom on there with JB 4.1
Hey guys. I was running Omega rom for a while, and today i decied i would flash 4.3 paranoid android on my n7100, but when i tried to flash, it kinda went bad, first time it booted with no problem but than i wanted to reboot it to insert SIM and i got stuck on Samsung Galaxy NOTE II N7100 White text screen. I tried wiping everything, reflashin PA and CM10.1 but i cant get past the white text. Not even Boot Animation starts. I can get to Recovery no problem and I even tried reflashing the recovery. It didnt help any.Should i try to flash stock rom via odin? What should i do? It just wont get past the white screen. I repeat, flashing various ROMs didnt change anything.
Hello!
Today, my bro - gnex succesfully waked me up with a new alarm sound (a really weird loop of a Timely sound)... It froze in the "snooze" screen in Timely, and it didn't do anything so I removed the battery and then I turned it on.. It passed the Google logo, but the boot animation never appeared... It didn't reboot (no boot loop), and it got quite hot in the area next to the camera... Now it doesn't start. I can get into fastboot and recovery (Twrp)
It's been like a week since I got it into ParanoidAndroid 4.3 (3.99v), and since, it rebooted a couple of times, don't know if it has something to do with the Rom or the Kernel or if it's relevant...
My gnex is rooted and unlocked (obviously), with PA 3.99 (the latest 4.3?) and franco kernel (r391 nightly).
- First, I wiped cache\dalvik - No change
- Then I did a full wipe - No change
- Tried to install stock 4.3 with the Toolkit (yep, I know that's not the best way... won't do it again) - didn't worked (It looked like it succesfully installed radio and bootloader but then an error stops everything)
I always thought I was such a badass installing things to my unbrickable gnexus, now I'm too scared to do anything else to it without any help...
I'm from Costa Rica, please excuse my English
Any help would be much appreciated!!
EDIT: Managed to install stock again, 4.3, stock recovery and radios... Got halfway of the boot animation but then boot-loop... Went to stock recovery and wiped cache, no change... Re-flashed stock android, no change... Re-locked and unlocked the bootloader so it would wipe everything... Sadly no change...

How did you flash stock? With fastboot via the flash-all.bat?
