Is there a way to move the multiwindow tab to the area of the nav bar? Thanks.
Long press, then drag it down.

No, it doesn't work. You cannot just drag it down the nav bar area as shown in my screen shot.
With stock rom you can. Pull the multi tab out (showing the multi window apps) and after long press you can move the whole bar to the side of the screen you want.

Please try it with the nav bar enable and you will understand my question. I want the tab inside the are of the nav bar, not just on the bottom side. Thanks for your answer.

You'll have to use a custom launcher that allows you to change icons. I use Apex and it has this capability. Just long-press the icon on the home screen and you'll get a pop-up, one of the options is "Edit" then you just click the image in the corner and you can change it.

Trying to figure out how to get search button and menu button on rom doesn't have it built in to settings like many do is this possible or something like it

If you're rooted there are nav bar variants you can flash, for instance, I'm running one with menu button dedicated at the bottom left

At the bottom of the first post there are zips for different nav bar combos, i believe that's what i use and it also includes both the search and menu buttons you want. If you flash it, thank the dev

Longpress the back key. Its used for multiscreen, and you enable/disable via longpress of back softkey.

Oh my, thank you so much! I was going crazy trying to get rid of it!
Does it have a real name? How do you customize the apps in the tray.
You can even move it to the bottom...
Its the multi view tray and can be edited for approved apps that work with it if you scroll to the bottom and find the edit button
Hi, ladies and fellas. Is there any way to implement multi window button to status bar? I'm running Disaster ROM 11 and can't find any manual for this. I found this button in framework-res.apk or systemui.apk (doesn't matter) but it's not active.
Can't you just hold your finger on the blue tab for a moment when your S2 vibrates drag it to the top?

I'm wanting to be able to swipe down on my notification bar and it go straight to quick settings panel if I do not have any notifications. I know there's a mod for this in gravity box but gravity box doesn't work. I've looked through sense 6 toolbox over and over too. any other mods out there?? I'm running stock rooted/s-off with xposed.. wanna stay that way for now.

Notification mod in xposed allows you to pull down on the right side for toggles and the rest is notifications.
