There's a bug right now because you've changed from Forum by ID to Forum by name in the url's
I've just noticed it at the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Section, maybe it also occurs somewhere else.
All three development forum links are pointing to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3/development
This Link finally shows you the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 Android Development Forum.

The search must not be searching the forums because it was unable to locate the Samsung Galaxy S2 i777 with any of the following searches:
i777
galaxy s2
s2
Go to the main page
Ctrl+F
Type in i777
There you go.
And yes, from what I know the search only searches topics.
Wrong forum section, mods please delete.
I have not been able to find how to subscribe to the different forums in the Samsung Galaxy S tablet section. I am, however, successfully subscribed to several forums in other sections since a couple of years ago and would like to add the forums in this section.
Would appreciate a pointer or link.

I just got the update on my Note 3 and I am running into issues with the TouchWiz, It keeps coming up with Unfortunately TouchWiz home has stopped and goes to my SMS and I have to hit the "Home" button to get out of it. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Or is anyone running into this issue?
Thanks
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Please standby while we have your thread/question moved to the appropriate sub-forum for your device.
For future reference you can find your specific device forum here (bookmark/subscribe this):
T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Within that section you will find a dedicated q&a sub-forum (this is where your thread is going to be moved to):
T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!
How you updated may have something to do with it, but you can try going to app manager in settings and clearing data for "Touchwiz home" and reboot phone, this may help.
