No,I am working on the rom for Micromax a25 with several init.da tweaks and build.prop tweaks, replacing stock launcher with touchwiz 0.1 and ics theming on that

i have made the rom,it's jelly bean and have all the possible tweaks and have changed the fonts also,and added several hosts to avoid ads.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH,I will try my best to upload,because i don't have 3g plan and the rom is about 120-130 MB and it will take very much time to upload through my active plan,wait for 3-4 days maybe i get 3g plan and will upload it as fast as i can and maybe i am the first one to make a rom for this phone.

It's very funny to listen,but i tried micromax a52 custom rom,i tweaked it to my like,added init.d file,swap added and second partition done,now the ram is 150-160 MB ,Very fast,adfree as system app and added many hosts to prevent ads on free apps,replaced many application like file manager with root explorer,If u take a look at the fonts,i have also changed them and resolution also changed,now trying to change icons.And i will upload it very soon maybe tomorrow or day after tomorrow,will go to cyber cafe.But,i need money!!

Hi,happy holi.Today was holi and I everywhere the city was closed and tommorow I am gonna upload it on cybercafe.
I did modification with stock rom and build.prop changes and added init.d, replaced system apps with some other apps.
Added holo as stock launcher and is pre-rooted.Changed font style and thete are kernel tweaks as well.

Same to u happy holi...I will wait for ur upload of ROM

I have tried almost all the tutorials over the past seven days to root my newly bought A25, but I failed. I have installed proper drivers and tried many scatter files. Even, I used MTKDroidTools to create my own scatter file and flash the boot.img or recovery.img. But no luck. All the time, two types of error occurs. If I don't disable the "DA Download", it shows "BROM Error" and if I disable the "DA Download", it shows "Partition size changed" error. Could anyone please help me rooting my A25?

in miui india site theres are miui rom that have dual sim maybe u can contact the dev of the rom to help u

Made updater script and added root etc
Made firstpatch
Fixed rejects yesterday!

Ok first of all, there is no "Stock version 4.4.2".
You can revert back to stock 4.2.2 by either flashing your 4.2.2 firmware through Odin or by flashing a stock based ROM through recovery.

1st thing..
cyanogenmod is not a theme..its a rom..it means its whole system..when you flash it.....u remove every single samsung stock touchwiz system files and replace with cyanogenmod(aosp based rom) files....so its not an app that u uninstall after u get bored and u ll get samsung stock touchwiz....
secondly........galaxy grand has been provided 4.2.2 only till date via samsung official roms....so it uses jellybean 4.2.2 drivers and files and everything.....while on other hand, cm11 uses kitkat files and everything in system.....what i want to say is that there is nooo stock samsung 4.4.2 (kitkat)...there is only jellybean available till now by samsung official.........now if u don't want kitkat(cm11/carbon/slimkat),and u want stock Samsung, then simply flash its firmware via odin...i can give u link to download whole firmware of 4.2.2.....if u want......
but if u want latest kitkat Lib's and everything with game bugs fixes...i suggest u stay with cm11...(though. u ll have only one sim in cm based roms, and normal nexus things and features)......
if u thinking cm11 is theme or something then u are wrong...
when u flashed it,u deleted touchwiz Samsung stock things completely and installed cm11 things instead of that)....u can ask any qsn u want to..i ll help..though u should Google first to know what is flashing and how to flash via odin for stock OEMs ..
u can ask still anything if u want...

And there are a few threads in General Section made by other member for few recent as well as older INU/INS firmwares
The latest 4.2.2 for our device released in November 2013 are I9082XXUBMK3 and I9082XXUBMK7 but you may want to look for your region specific firmware

yea like:
su - For obtain root in Terminal
reboot recovery - reboot to recovery
reboot - reboot device
reboot bootloader - reboot to bootloader - I didnt try it ( dont blame me if you try this and anything goes wrong)
And many more ( i dont know much about linux or android,sorry)
if you want to try these command, ignore the "- blah blah blah" just type the command,
ex:
su
reboot recovery

You should write this-
Hey...i am a guy who dont like to search any forums and asking the same qsn asked 100times... -_-.. When u flash things from Odin..it will itself delete the data (factory reset you call it)...just follow this thread i posted (its said everywhere..so pls dont make new threads...read my whole thread... )..its not complete by date...but Odin and all things are descriptively given...just do it...
Dont ask that data wipe ahud be b4 or after! Just do experiments...
All the new guys..pls try to search first basuc forums where u can find how to use and how to do...(odin..flashing and all)..its pretty easy on google to search ! Sorry if rude..hope i helped

That hide carrier name is used by Wanam Xposed..

and u need to install xposed installer and from xposed installed
u need to install wanam xposed and from there u can hide

Taskbar is missing and wallpaper too
i flashed this properly using cwm recovery but i found that my taskbar is missing and wallpaper is also missing instead i get a black screen behind the widgets please help
